Our drinks were always full, our food came out just right, and she had such a positive, welcoming attitude the whole time. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Alex made our night even better—we’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

However, this is the first time we arrived and waited almost 20 minutes for a server to come to our table, but unfortunately no one came to assist us. We also noticed that some guests who arrived after us were attended to before we were. Because of this, we decided to leave, which was disappointing since we genuinely like coming here. Recently, the service has not seemed to be as good as it used to be. Additionally, the hostess sometimes comes across as a bit unfriendly, and today it seemed that perhaps the servers were not notified that we were waiting. We also contacted the manager by phone to let them know about the situation, and we simply hope this feedback is helpful. We truly appreciate your restaurant and hope this can help improve the experience for everyone. Thank you for your time and attention.
