My family dined here recently on our last night of our vacation and we were really looking forward to it. We ordered the blooming onion to start and it was so incredibly salty that it was unfortunately inedible. We did mention this to our server and it was sent back and taken off our bill. The chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta that I ordered for my main was like an Alfredo soup. Again, completely inedible as the noodles were literally swimming in the sauce. The manager of the restaurant came over and was actually the one who mentioned that my dinner looked like soup. This was also sent back and taken off our bill too. My husband had the chicken wings and he said that they were incredibly salty as well. The service at the restaurant was great and the people were very understanding and friendly. The food however has completely gone downhill from how it used to be. We will not be going back to any Outback restaurant again unfortunately.

Me and my wife came in and sat at the bar we had a sever with a beard sorry I don't have the bill number it was around 8:00 pm on 11/9/2025 yesterday. We both tea and I had a bone in Ribeye with rice and mash potatoes my wife had the chimichurri filets. Both came out cold the bone in Ribeye was so tough from being cold I could barely cut it without shaking the table and her filet was dried out this is our second time and last time visiting this location in Kissimmee it has missed the mark twice now. I'll be honest at this point I was a refund after a large cheese cake being added to the Bill that we never asked for or received. The total was $85 and we work hard for our money to have such a bad experience.

Incredibly disappointed with this location. Even with an empty restaurant, the service and food is very slow. As locals in a tourist area, we often expect to be treated like one-time guests, but it’s frustrating to see a struggling chain restaurant just give awful service. Our server actually gave up and went home halfway through our meal, turning us over to a bartender who never visited. We won’t be back, and there is a reason why the Texas Roadhouse next door has an hour wait while the Outback sits empty.
