  I was not a big Outback fan. But this management and staff has been very accommodating, friendly, professional and service oriented. When we want to go out and have steak, the Poinciana location is in my top 5 places to go. It's location is a factor also. My only issue was my blooming onion was oily when it came out.

  Very, very good Outback. The super sweet hostess asked us where we preferred to sit, the waitress was a pro, and the food was prepared perfectly. The one critique is the amount of time it took to bring out a second helping of "all you can eat" soup and salad. Overall, I was really impressed with this Outback and look forward to my next visit.

  Although there was a delay while waiting for our server, we spoke with the manager, James Neill, and he completely turned the experience around. He was attentive, professional, and communicated clearly throughout. He addressed our concerns promptly and made sure everything was taken care of, ensuring our visit ended on a very positive note. His excellent customer service truly made a difference, and we greatly appreciated his effort.

  Frist time I went I had a server name Elijah he ignored us basically the whole time we had to wait almost an hour for food and we didn’t get silverware! But food was good …. Came back to give it a chance and NEVER COME back I’m just getting a theme with the server and food late and not that good ! No one at my table will let me speak so I didn’t bring it up but anyways just think you guys need to work on time and letting your guest know that ! This lady server idk her name but I just didn’t like that she looks at you put your tip in so you feel kinda forced to give 20% then she gave herself good reviews like no you did ok but you can do better ! Anyways I’m clearly upset and think time wise really fix it ! I also didn’t get my starter when I told the guy about it he said he will get me the way I like it and then never came back for it didn’t bother telling the lady cuz she was going to take forever with it like everything else we got ! I got there 5:50pm got food at 7:20pm ate and left at 8pm I think that’s crazy I saw two ground that was there and left and new ppl got there food and drinks in the matter of fast time we sat near the kitchen back I guess bathroom too anyways just annoying !
