  Lazy Dog is our FAVORITE place in Kissimmee However, tonight was a tough night, as the restaurant had a technical issue which I understand can happen… But, when you wait for 2 hours for the meal and then one of the ordered meals does not come as ordered and one meal doesn’t even arrive, you would expect that the manager would handle the issue PRIOR to a bill coming charging for meals that were not completely delivered. Just an awkward moment with a group of people. Again, I understand issues happen, but I think Lazy Dog dropped the ball on this situation tonight with their repeat customers…. Hope others have a better experience.

  I recommend it for everyone, particularly if you are with diverse palates. The menu features a wide variety of choices. I liked the house IPAs. My serving of pork poblano came out more fatty than I would serve, but aside from that, I tasted great. My dinner partner was very pleased with the fried chicken sandwich. Desserts looked appealing but my entree was quite filling, so, a pass. Very clean. A bit loud but I've been in worse. Easy access, free parking. Covered patio with seating for 60 or so, plus bar seats. Sports TV everywhere. Of note, there is a beer club. Obviously it's to encourage repeat visits; I understand members get notice for new brews & restaurant updates.

  Party of 12 so keep that in mind about this review. First our waitress was pleasant, no problem with her. We all arrived at different times so that was our fault. We finally all arrived and when ordering our meals we were told by our waitress that the food would come out in stages as not to back up the kitchen.What? This is a large restaurant.That's a first for me. The first 5 orders came out. My wife and l both said our food was cold, mashed potatoes had a hard sur face and were not soft, like cold mashed potatoes get when sitting for a while. My flat iron steak was cooked perfect , but room temp. We were almost finished our meal when the second round came out. I was eating slow because l felt bad.We were sitting, our meals were finish when the last meals came out. My portions were small. One order of vegetables with no tomatoes, came out with just the greens while the regular order came with almonds and tomatoes.Burgers looked good, grilled chicken were two small piece, fried chicken portions very small. For the price. Not recommending this place at all.

  This was my first and only visit to this restaurant. Service from start to finish was actually laughable. We walked in, waited in line for the host to ignore us and assist another guest who walked in after us. To then wait in the lobby to be sat a table with no server. Eventually a server comes to our table unsure if he was even our server, said he was going to get us waters and then someone else would come and take care of us. The same server ended up being our server. We ordered our food to wait an obscene amount of time to the point where the server had stated that the manager would come over and comp our meal. The manager came over to our table to say “I’m glad the food came out” and proceeded to talk about herself and her child’s eating habits, didn’t care to ask about our absolute horrendous experience, didn’t even give us her name or say she was the manager. The server ended up taking our appetizer off the bill. Thanks LazyDog Restaurant for living up to your name. Completely unprofessional, lack of common sense, lack of communication between staff. Overall completely dissatisfied.

  We had a reservation for 8pm and was seated right away. We then ordered drinks that came 15 mins later. And waited another 1hr and 10mins till I was annoyed and asked “where’s our food? We’ve been waiting over an hour.” They apologized and said it wasn’t ready yet so we decided it was time to leave. I paid for our drinks and was then handed a gift card and $10 off your next purchase. Behold the gift card has a $0 balance. The waitress was nice about it but the manager was irritated. So for our inconvenience we were give an in-genuine sorry, no food (as we were starving at that point), and a $0 gift card with a $10 off next purchase. Why would I want to go back!
