  Not physically possible to have made my order anymore wrong. Cashier read my order back exactly as placed. 3 items: no tomatos, extra spread, and toasted for 2 sandwiches; cream cheese on the side for 1 bagel. Had tomatos, no extra spread, not toasted, and cream cheese on the bagel. Just got back from traveling overseas and didn't open the items in store because I trusted I was back home where things are done correctly. And I tipped $2 on this takeout order lol. I'll drive to Sand Lake location anytime I want Einstein now. 👎🏽

  Food and service was ok, a little disappointing that they won't except $100 bills. I purchased nearly $70 worth of food and drinks for the girl to tell us the company policy doesn't allow them to accept $100 bills. Mind you, it is legal tender. That was very inconvenient being that we are in a high tourist location and me personally, I prefer not to use electronic payments when im away. Will not be going here again being that my money is no good here. Im in the area for 7 days, breakfast and drinks for me and the family at about 70 bucks a day, almost 500 bucks they won't be getting out of me alone. Legal tender should be accepted everywhere in the US....no exceptions!

  Got the avocado, tomato, and egg white sandwhich on a pretzel bagel, and it was tasty. The workers were quick and efficient too.

  Sam, Bianca, and Kylie are my absolute favorites, their customer service is completely out of this universe. I’ve never been to a place and felt more welcome. I have become a regular to this establishment and their customer service is so good that they’ve memorized my order and have it waiting for me by the time I get to the register. The whole staff is completely amazing but those three are the ones that I interact the most with. Look no further for your next bagel place. The food is absolutely amazing and since I come from up north, I feel in my opinion that this is the closest thing to a northern bagel if I could give more than five stars, I definitely would keep up the great work, ladies and gentlemen.
