We had a whole discussion with the voice in the speaker about how we want the bagel - toasted? Butter? Cream cheese. Ordered more stuff. Get to the window. We wait for 6 minutes for the lady to reappear with our food. Long long line forming behind us. I check the bag and we are missing the bagel. Let her know im missing the bagel. She informs me she didnt charge us for it… soo ok… charge me now… “oh i cant do that from here(??) you have to go around again.” Are you kidding me?! Waiting for all this time. It was a plain bagel. No butter. No cheese. No toast. Just a bagel. Super irritating. So happy i dont live in this area. Their service was awful and the food was average. Their Avocado toast sucks.

I went inside to ask for a refund and got nothing but attitude and disrespect and was told the cheese is suppose to be cold. I’ve never had this issue in any store but this one
