  This location is not comfortable to sit in the afternoon because there are no shades to block the sun and it gets very hot inside. It seems to be designed for drive-thru. The windows should be cleaned once in a while. The staff are great and coffee is very good.

  Waited a good ten minutes at the drive thru box. I when finally met at the window my mobile order was made wrong. Asked the young lady why they don’t mark the items off online and she told me the owners refuse to. Consistently this place is missing ingredients and the coffees real hit or miss.get it together. And don’t give away what you presume we want in replacement.

  So basically, the store is horrendous. The staff for a fact does not want to be there every morning and makes it a point to be known. However, Spencer and Aaron on night crew are absolutely fantastic. When they care about a customer, they really care. They’ll make sure your order is perfect and even then, sometimes go above and beyond with your items. I prefer going at night knowing these two will make sure my order is perfect. All stars to them specifically, my low ratings are of the store itself. Those two are good employees, everything else I have a more negative view on. I don’t recommend this store for every day, or even certain points OF the day. If you go in the morning, there’s a good chance you’ll get a half-asses, watered down coffee that isn’t even mixed.

  I have come to this dunkin almost every morning. There was a rude employee that definitely shouldn’t be working there. She has the nasty attitude. Customers don’t need to come in the morning to get rudeness as they just started their day and wanted to just get a coffee. Glad I didn’t leave out of there in handcuff cuz employee think they can talk to customer how they please with an attitude. She could have explained her register wasn’t working in a better tone not being rude. And then went ahead and said she has been doing it for a while. First time I ever saw this employee from all the times I been coming here. Retrained or fired is what she needs. I will follow up with this review to Dunkin executives as am sure this matter will be handled by one of them. She didn’t know who she was being rude too, not knowing I could have been someone from corporate looking into how Dunkin’s are run.

  Place is so disorganized. I was vacationing in Kissimmee and went on Friday, 2/14 and ordered an iced decaf latte. No issues, got it via pick up at the window. Ordered the next day, was told they did not have the ingredients to make my drink and should request refund via the app. (Still fighting that) a few days later, going inside the store this time to order & was told the store does not sell decaf expresso, okay so I asked what was I given before? The lady told me it was most likely a watered down regular espresso, which is fine for me since I don’t have a medical condition but imagine those that do? They said nothing until I asked. They gave me something once, with no issues and now it was a hassle the next. Getting a refund for the cancelled past cancelled order has been a headache and it took 30 mins for them to make my food. The ladies there are nice but other than that, what a mess. Glad I don’t have to deal with this often back at home but beware yall.
