- SHShae Hernandez2 days ago1.0Honestly, this is probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and I go to Dunkin almost every day. The crazy part is they can’t seem to get even the simplest orders right. You order an iced coffee and they give it to you in an extra hot large cup with a lid that doesn’t even fit. You order a sausage, egg and cheese wake up wrap and they give you everything except the sausage. At this point something needs to change. Whether it is retraining the staff, improving management, or reevaluating operations, the current level of service just is not working.

The woman there with the brown hair in the bun was so nice and she made me feel like I wasn’t a burden to be in her drive-thru in overall just a sweetheart.

Several was quick and employees were polite. 8 have a black coffee, but my wife took hers with cream and brown sugar and it wasn't overly sweet. She also had there bacon croissant. They use real eggs, but microwaveable bacon. It was good and fresh.
- DHDonna HollanderJan 9, 20263.0I was a little disappointed came to the drive-thru they have this new pay card system I leave a tip next time I know better not to My food was okay but I was pulled aside for my misplaced misordered bagel bites She said no more than 2 minutes I mention I had a therapy appointment for my daughter She said no worries She says pull out front waited outside a little longer than expected I had to go get them myself No tip next time!!! The sad part about it when I mentioned where is my bagel bites after they realizing I did give them a tip they chuckled that's not nice!!! This was at Friday jan.11:30 a.m. the 9th!!! Retrain them to be on time and appreciate and respect their valued customers!!!🙌
