- DHDonna Hollander3 days ago3.0I was a little disappointed came to the drive-thru they have this new pay card system I leave a tip next time I know better not to My food was okay but I was pulled aside for my misplaced misordered bagel bites She said no more than 2 minutes I mention I had a therapy appointment for my daughter She said no worries She says pull out front waited outside a little longer than expected I had to go get them myself No tip next time!!! The sad part about it when I mentioned where is my bagel bites after they realizing I did give them a tip they chuckled that's not nice!!! This was at Friday jan.11:30 a.m. the 9th!!! Retrain them to be on time and appreciate and respect their valued customers!!!🙌

Then she didn’t scan my coupon correctly and got anger with me telling me I can’t have my coffee. Very poor service morning crew is super grumpy.

I ordered through the app. It said on the app that because I was ordering two dozen donuts that the order was going to likely take some time to prepare. I paid and went to pick it up through the drive thru. I ordered at about 10am and went to pick it up at 11am. It was paid for. When I get there the order wasn’t ready because they thought I wasn’t going to pick it up. Apparently customers have made the mistake in the past of ordering at other locations by mistake or not picking up their orders at all and I had to pay for others decisions. When I asked the employee, “Why would I pay and not pickup?” His response was what I said in my previous sentence. I was in a hurry because I had ordered the donuts for my daughter’s birthday and the point of ordering it beforehand was for it to be ready for when I went to pick it up. Awful service and I definitely won’t be going there again.
