- RRRebeccaSep 29, 20252.0This current location was not busy, keep that in mind. We walked in, were not greeted. 3 employees behind the counter. Male was working the drive through. He turned around and saw us there. Then came over to us, while the other two girls made eye contact, said nothing or acknowledged us. We did a mobile order. I was missing 1 item in my bag, once again stood at counter for a few minutes (no one inside, 1 car at drive though) gentleman had to help me once again, while girls ignored. We were there for quite some time. Very slow. Got home and my son’s order was wrong. He asked multiple times for white cheddar cheese, but still got American cheese. Love Dunkin but most likely will not go back to this location.
