Tried calling the store about but instead I was greeted by the stupid AI they've implemented which instead of putting through to the store just left me on a endless loop of their music and pre-recorded lines for 30 minutes. Kind of sad when a company is charging $25 to deliver a sandwich and a coke but can't be bothered if there's an issue with the food.

Another call, and I was told the driver was stuck in traffic. By 8:15 PM, after being put on hold multiple times, I asked for a refund—still no resolution. I ended up driving to the store myself. Only then did they admit the driver had delivered to the wrong house. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, just cold, dismissive behavior. I am not upset about missing a pizza—I am appalled at the lack of respect and care shown. Being treated like my time and frustration didn’t matter is completely unacceptable. Domino’s should be ashamed of this level of customer service.
