  I don't like that girl with the glasses. She's always give less amount of food but more to other people in front of me. This place is new. At least be good for awhile to get costumers. I live close by I would go and buy food there every day but not from her. Not sure if I'll talk to the manager next time it happens or I just simply not going there anymore.

  No meat in bowl, ordered steak. Frozen lettuce on top which I removed before snapping photo, not to mention drenched in sour cream. Asked for vinaigrette and they were out. Drink was flat. Last lousy visit they were out of the corn salsa. Always out of something it seems to be a new store.

  This is a new Chipotle location, and visually it looks great. The atmosphere is beautiful, everything feels brand new, and the store was very clean. Unfortunately, the customer service really brought the experience down. There was only one employee actually working the line while the rest of the crew didn’t seem to be helping at all, which caused the line to move extremely slow and become very long. It was frustrating to watch one person struggle while others stood by. On top of that, the cashier wouldn’t even help with bagging orders, which made things even more inefficient. For a new store, I expected better organization and teamwork. With proper management and staff coordination, this location could be much better, but for now the service needs serious improvement.

  I went to this store at around 6:15 on 12/19. When ordering there was immediately a lack of service. There was no white rice and it was going to be 15 minutes before they could serve it. In addition, there were no veggies, barely any brown rice left or black beans, and no guacamole. I understand on Friday during dinner there will be a rush, however, this amount of food being unavailable is unacceptable. There were a lot of people just sitting around hoping to get the foods they want for their bowl. I would think the store would plan for times/days that are known to be busy to be properly in stock. I also find that they do not allow quesadillas except for mobile order to be a bit ridiculous. Hopefully as a newer location, they can work on their quality of service. I live very close by and would love to have this as my new chipotle location, but at this point I feel very disappointed.

  I visited this location shortly after it opened, expecting a positive experience at a new restaurant. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was rude and unprofessional. After placing my order and preparing to pay, the manager reopened my already closed bowl. While I understand quality assurance and order accuracy checks, this was the first time I’ve seen this done after a bowl had been closed at Chipotle. I calmly asked if there was a reason for reopening it. Instead of providing a courteous explanation, the manager responded with a dismissive and snippy tone, accompanied by facial expressions that clearly showed irritation. Her response was “I’m the manager," was irrelevant to my question and did not address my concern. I then clarified that I was not trying to give her a hard time and was simply asking for understanding. In response, the manager rolled her eyes and repeated, “Yes, I’m the manager.” There was no attempt to explain, no apology, no thank-you, and no effort to demonstrate basic customer service. Because of this experience, I will not be dining at or spending another dollar at this location. I have also shared this experience with fellow business owners, professionals, and community members. I strongly encourage the General Manager to implement leadership and customer service training for individuals placed in management roles at this location. Being a manager should reflect professionalism, respect, and the ability to communicate calmly with guests - especially in a customer-facing environment. This interaction fell far short of that standard.
