  The food at Chipotle wasn’t that great this time. It was overly salty, and the quality just wasn’t there. The customer service wasn’t terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement. As for the cook, they really should taste the food before sending it out to make sure it meets their standards.”

  Horrible! Did a build your own. Barely had any food in it cheap on chicken, cheap on cheese, cheap on lettuce, cheap on rice but they load me me up on beans. What a shame better of not opening at all. St.cloud 13th st is my go to

  I live nearby, and this has been one of the best Chipotles I’ve been to. I thought it was going to be worse because of the reviews, but the portions were pretty good. I thought they gave more than other places. Employees seem to still be learning, but the service is great.

  I did a walk through order experience. My party of three waited behind another individual that was waiting for WHITE RICE to be made while the restaurant had no more than 5 occupants, suggesting they can't keep their supply of cooked white rice even while it was slow. They waited at least 15 minutes which is insane just to complete their order. My party then ordered, had our meals made, paid for it and went home. We then got home and found 1 of our 3 meals was missing entirely... They failed to pack it into our to go bag at the restaurant... So after an hour after having the meal made, going home, finding out about their mistake and driving back there AGAIN, I was told my meal was placed on the back counter because it was observed to be placed in the WRONG customer's bag! What?!? I was there and ordered in person, how does that happen? They said I could take my old bowl, which I refused because it was not sanitarily kept (I saw it on their cash register counter by drive through pickup). When I countered their offer and asked for a fresh meal to be made, they declined saying I needed to either take my old order, or get a refund. I took the refund because they couldn't even make a new order for me because of missing supplies. Avoid this place. It's new, but you're going to find it's horribly managed. I got 0 recovery effort and they offered nothing for their mistakes. One of us went hungry for dinner this night and now we will not eat at Chipotle again. The choice is yours, but this place clearly cares nothing about you if they mess up. Adding this to my review: This restaurant opened 11/13/2025. Reviews before this date are FAKE or misplaced.

  Came in to get some food on my break and was told that they were closed although my coworkers just came from there. I was told that I had to have a flyer. I asked if you just closed and she said no, but they were only open to some people with flyers yet my coworkers all just came there and were given one as they walked in. Some bs. I’m good I’ll continue to go to a different location.
