- YBYolanda Brooks3 days ago1.0Every time I order at this location, they literally always get it wrong. I had absolutely no protein in my bowl. The rewards aren’t truly rewarded. I was supposed to get a side of queso but was told the side comes inside the bowl.

However, during my visit today, I noticed one employee(looked like she was new, and she was cashier) who seemed disengaged and resistant when her supervisor addressed a mistake. As I was checking out, her coworkers quietly told her she might get them fired, and she responded, "I don't care." I wanted to share this because there are many people who would appreciate the opportunity to work here, and it would be unfortunate for one person's attitude to affect the rest of the team. 1/31/26 Night Crew
