    There was literally 4 people in the line and still they took like 20 minutes. I ordered 2 bowls to go, and i want to highlight that they served a really good portion but when i asked for Guacamole on just one of the bowls, i had a big and hard chunk of avocado which made me a little mad, and i couldn't do anything because i was home already. When I was paying they charged me for 2 guacs instead of just one, and when i asked for a refund she didn't give me the option. The soda machines were not working and it was only 9pm which leaves a really poor impression. It is not the first time that I eat at this chipotle and it is not the first time that i receive a bad experience.

    The lid to the bowl wasn't completely on and my food almost fell to the floor, the bowl is prepared is prepared horribly and looks a mess and not how it should as a chain restaurant, barely any sour cream, best thing about this order is the amount of chips.
