  I travel frequently throughout the East Coast, and this is the first Chipotle location that was unwilling to substitute the kids’ meal tacos with rice. I explained that I’ve gotten this substitution at other Chipotle locations before, but the manager responded that it was not permitted. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational for such a simple request. The food was delicious, but the energy of the visit shifted after that exchange, which took away from the overall experience.

  I have no idea what’s going on in this Chipotle. Every time we come, everything is so disgusting and nasty. It feels like the workers don’t even want to be there. The girl that was preparing the food was so lost, and every five seconds she would turn to ask what we were requesting. Idk if she actually spoke any English. Then my boyfriend kindly asks for fresh rice on a different bowl after they started his bowl because the rice they had was very low and it looked old and nasty. The girl didn’t understand anything he said, and she asked another girl that was at the register; then both of them seemed lost and kind of annoyed at his request. They immediately tell him it’s going to be extra. My boyfriend says that it’s okay, and then they proceed to just put one scoop of the new rice on top of the old rice. Like, bro, are you joking? Then they ran out of everything in the line, the girl was lost, we asked for queso, and there was no queso. We waited around 20 minutes for the stupid queso, and everyone else was being helped while nobody even acknowledged us. After the 20 minutes I go to the counter to ask her about the queso, and she just tells my boyfriend it’s going to be this amount and hands him the queso, not even sorry or something. Very disappointed. I don’t think we’re ever going back to this place again.

  I like this Chipotle location. Best time to go is around 7-8pm in my opinion. They aren't stingy with the meat portions like other Chipotle locations I've been to.

  Had half the ingredients and kind of soda missing but charged the same. They do not accomadate your preferences either. For example premix celantro with everything including rice eventhough 15% of humanity cant eat it. I would not go to another Chipotle not here or anywhere.

  Visited the Chipotle on Irlo Bronson in Celebration tonight during their buy one get one promotion. I arrived right at 4 PM when the deal started, and I expected them to be ready for the rush. Instead, nearly 40 percent of the food bins were empty at the serving counter. Key items like cheese, onions and peppers, corn, carne asada, and more were missing. It felt like they were unprepared for a promotion they were running. On top of that, the employees looked genuinely unhappy and disengaged, almost like they didn’t want to be there. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed issues at a Chipotle, but for a promotion that drives a lot of traffic, this level of unpreparedness and service is disappointing. Something seems broken in the way this location is staffed and managed. I hope they address these issues soon.
