  I am so disappointed to write this review because the food was so great. We came here around 8 on New Years Day. This location has a double drive thru. It has a few tables for outside seating. Not a lot of parking but we quickly found a spot. I got online at 810. There were only 3 visible workers at the time. One of them was on her phone instead of helping customers or her two co-workers. They would take an order, then close the window for long periods of time. There were only 3 people ahead of us in line. I suggested to go to Burger King in the next plaza but was told we already waited 20 minutes and should stick it out. I didn’t order until 835 when a fourth worker appeared to start taking orders continuously. I didn’t get my order until 858. I don’t know if they were understaffed or there was an issue I was unaware of. 48 minutes to get fast food? This had to have been the longest I have waited. The fourth employee could tell the customers were annoyed and did her best to keep people calm and the line moving. The only reason I stayed was the food which was amazing. They have great prices and options of food their competitors don’t have. I got the Pretzel Pubster combo and Cheesesteak Bites. The bites were awesome. The burger was really good and just the right amount of greasy. The “pretzel” bun was ok. Didn’t really taste like a pretzel bun unless they ran out and they didn’t use the correct bun. The fries were crispy and had great seasoning. If you’re hungry, order a large. I didn’t realize it was a small meal. My small coke was more of an ice cup with a splash of Coke. Not a lot of soda in it. To recap the food and pricing was great. The service for whatever reason was lacking.

  I love checkers. I grew up my parents working at checkers.Even my dad worked in the tampa. Big buildings programming all the screens. They just need more employees at this location. They blocked the drive through, but do pick up orders in one and then walk up. Each time I've gotten my food. It's completely wrong today. I didn't receive my funnel fries. I ordered a big Buford with an extra Patty. But they only gave me a double cheeseburger. Please just send them more employees they need help.

  Ordered directly through their app at 9:34 pm. Waited ten minutes. App told me it was ready. Went to the window. Order not ready. It's now 10:06 pm, still not ready. Usually lightning fast service at other Checkers. Won't come back to this one. EDIT: dropping to 1 after witnessing a woman go up to the window after waiting for about ten minutes and the employee closed the window as she went to speak to him. It's 10:18 still no order. Got my order at 10:47 and it was ALL COLD. SHUT IT DOWN

  I ordered through the drive through and I had to order through AI, I couldn't get a human to take my order. It got my order wrong since it isn't great at making requests like taking things off of an order. When I got to the drive through window, there was food all over the floor. We were the only ones in line and our order took over 10 minutes to get out. This was my first and last time at Checkers.

  Ordered online, app said order was ready, walked up to window, was ignored, watched as they took fries from bags and other foods from other bags to give out at drive thru. Finally knocked to get someone to come to window, was told my order was waiting on fries. Then waited at pickup another 30 minutes to be ignored continuously, knocked on window multiple times, but they were only worried with helping drive thru and door washers. Asked to cancel order and was told they couldnt help and still couldnt tell me what was happening with my order. So I walked off and will have to wait for corporate to refund the payment. Miserable restaurant and incompetent workers.
