a little by much needed:
I stopped by CAVA right before Christmas and had one of those moments you never forget. I got all the way to checkout and realized I had left my wallet at home. I was trying to figure out Apple Pay when the manager stepped in and told me my order was taken care of.
No hesitation. Just kindness.
I was met with a big smile, a warm Happy Holidays, and a please come again. I already loved CAVA for the food, but this moment turned that into something deeper. That level of grace and customer care says everything about the people behind the counter.
Safe to say they are stuck with me now. Great food, even better humans. See ya soon 😊

Huge shout out to Clifford and Yerene at CAVA - everything was incredible! From the moment I walked into the place, the service was nothing but the best. They were very friendly and welcoming and made the entire process smooth and seamless. The food was fresh and delicious and cooked to perfection. It really shows that they are passionate about what they do. It has definitely been one of the best experiences I have ever had at CAVA!

I’ve eaten at Cava before with no issues, but this visit was disappointing. The food tasted undercooked, especially the protein, and the overall quality felt off compared to what I usually expect. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but I felt sick the following day, which makes me question the food preparation and safety. This experience was concerning enough that I felt it was worth mentioning. I hope management takes food quality and proper cooking more seriously.

i just want to start of with the fact that i walked in and looked around for a table, and the only available one wasn't even properly cleaned AT ALL. there was sour cream and other mysterious food scattered across the table, but moving forward, i ordered some food and enjoyed it, UNTIL I FELT A HAIR ON MY TONGUE, not only that but THERE WAS MULTIPLE HAIRS. absolutely disgusting and made me lose my appetite completely, and as i got up to walk out, i saw the manager yelling at his employees and overheard him gossiping and talking badly about other workers, very unprofessional and
inappropriate. Not only that BUT he made my sister write a good review on the store for a free bowl, he's also done this on multiple different occasions, i wouldn't be surprised if ALL of these reviews were fake. Will definitely never come back, and will be reporting to corporate.

I rarely leave reviews, but the manager at this restaurant completely ruined what could’ve been a decent meal. Instead of being professional and helpful, the manager was dismissive, rude, and clearly uninterested in resolving issues. When a simple mistake was politely pointed out, the response was defensive and condescending rather than apologetic or solution-oriented. It set the tone for the entire visit and made both staff and guests visibly uncomfortable. A manager should lead by example, but here it felt like poor attitude trickled down to the rest of the experience. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately that was the weakest part of this restaurant. I won’t be returning unless management changes.
