    Customer service is horrible. Cashier had a very bad attitude. She throwing our stuff in the bag. Will never come back here

    We had found a place that was healthy and in different locations around Orlando. Some locations give military discounts while others just refuse or they state it's only for law enforcement.... I think they should also include our service members. Tonight the food was alright however the steak was extra chewy not like how it was cooked before . Very disappointed.

    The apparent “General Manager” was at the register today. Been going since they open, almost weekly, and they always apply Military Discount to my order. So this guy went straight with an attitude saying they don’t and that he wont give it to me. To be a “manager” he have CERO manners and don’t know nothing about customer service. I won't EVER go again to that location, I don’t need nobody treating me bad for some take out.

    Excellent Service and incredible food! exceeded all my expectations! The food was delicious, dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.The atmosphere was just perfect, warm, and welcoming and a special shout-out to the attendants— They made a difference in my experience! They all were very friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish, and clearly cared about making sure I had a great time. I would like to especially mention Megan, Orlann and Ale, who provided me with top-quality! It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together and takes such pride in their service I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend CAVA!
