  Worse meal ever. Waiter kept disappearing. Took our food order before a wine order. Wine showed up 2 minutes before the food in a dirty glass. Out of eggplant parmesan so got the lasagna w meat sauce. It was all pasta, no meat, and no flavor. Chicken soup delicious, and loved the crisp asparagus that I had ordered and had to remind waiter that I had ordered it. He brought it 10 minutes later after the entree. Never came back to check on us. Spouse had crabcakes that were soggy and not appetizing at all. I will never return to a Carraba's and I love Italian food.

  Everything I ordered was great. Got the Combo appetizer (moz sticks were amazing) and lobster ravioli and loved it. Jon H was also a lovely server, he was on top of every little thing we needed before even asking. 10/10 will come back soon.

  My 2nd Carrabba experience at a different location. Staff is friendly and professional. Service seemed a little rushed. Shrimp Scampi and Crab Cake appetizers, bread, and cocktails were delicious and better than our entrees. Taste of food was good (Spiedino di Mare and Seafood alla Vodka), but served at barely room temperature. We asked for Spiedino di Mare to be heated. It came back slightly warmer. We just asked for take-out containers. They removed cost of Spiedino di Mare from bill eventhough it was not expected. We tipped based on full cost of meal. This will not prevent us from coming back when we're in the area again.

  I was looking for a great birthday dinner, and I got it! This was our first time dining at Carrabbas. When we walked in there was a wait. We got on the list and sat at the bar. After a little conversation with the bartender we decided eat at the bar. Great decision. Mario was very friendly, helpful and charismatic. He made the whole experience a great time. Mario recomended me the 7 Daughters Moscato and it was delicious; and I'm not a big wine drinker. The fettuccine Wessie was delectable. We were so stuffed We got dessert togo, cant wait to take a bite and give it a try. I highly recommend dining here.

  Susan was hands-down one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—never rushed, never hovering, just perfectly timed. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. What really stood out was how much she clearly cared. Drinks were always refilled, plates cleared promptly, and she checked in at all the right moments without interrupting the experience. She made our meal feel relaxed, special, and enjoyable from start to finish. Susan is the kind of server that turns a good meal into a great one. Carrabba’s is lucky to have her, and we’ll definitely be asking for Susan next time we come back!
