  We returned to one of our former favorites which a fallen out of favor. Well, it is back in favor and we can't wait for out next visit. We stopped in for lunch at the Kissimmee location, were assigned Nikki to help us out, and had a wonderful experience. To make it short, we bought all the specials, $60 in gift cards for $50 and $10 take home of one of their specialties. No brainer. The food was excellent, the interior was immaculate and the service was beyond your highest expectations.

  Dinner here last night.. Had to ask for my wife’s salad as it did not arrive despite the others being served.. Server oblivious.. Portion of mashed potatoes not brought to the table so we had to ask for this also. Drinks not topped up by the server so something else we had to ask for.. I think our server may have been new but was clearly not being helped / coached by one of the numerous other members of staff in the restaurant. Nobody asked how our food was until we had finished. Took three attempts to get the check paid to top things off.. Zero tip for a poor experience. Also - the broccoli here is previously frozen and not a patch on the one served at Longhorn which is fresh. The lasagne is also awful. Overall - an overrated place

  We came down to Florida on vacation at my MIL resort time share & we wanted to go to Carrabbas as we do every year. But this time it was exceptional. Our waiter was Jon H. As we were talking he actually moved here from our neck of the woods. He suggested upon my request that the bone in pork chops were delicious so I took his word and ordered them. He was extremely pleasant from the moment he greeded us from the time we left. He was very prompt on refills and making sure we were good. Suggested All his favorites and even send us back to our hotel with extra bread and oil/seasoning for dipping. He is highly recommended and deserves to be recognized. Signed NJ tourists. Will request and look for him next year upon our return.

  Our visit on 11/15/25 was initially off to a disappointing start due to an encounter with the daytime manager, whose tone and customer service were less than welcoming. However, what could have been an unpleasant experience was completely turned around thanks to Mario and Sam, whose exceptional service deserves to be recognized. Mario greeted us warmly and provided outstanding service from start to finish. We specifically returned to this location because of the excellent experience he delivered previously, and he once again exceeded expectations with his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. When there was an issue with my meal, both Mario and the evening manager, Sam, handled the situation with grace and dedication. Sam went above and beyond to ensure our visit ended positively, demonstrating true leadership and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of Mario and Sam’s incredible service, we will absolutely return to this location. They are shining examples of what hospitality should be, and they deserve great credit for turning our experience into an excellent one. Thank you, Mario and Sam, for your exceptional service and outstanding professionalism.

  I realize Carrabba’s Italian Grill is a chain eatery and bar, but regardless of the same brand name and standard menu, I can’t help but love the Carrabba’s on West Irlo Bronson Hwy in Kissimmee. The restaurant is tastefully decorated in warm tones with soft lighting at night. Italian themed music sets the scene. Wine glasses adorn tables and wine bottles are displayed. Their open kitchen is a flurry of movement blending with fantastic smells. They are cooking classic Italian dishes such as Chicken Bryan, Linguine Pescatore, Steak sandwiches, Pasta salad, Spaghetti, and Mama's Chicken Noodle Soup. The warm and FREE bread they bring before (and during if you dine with me) your meal is fabulous, the olive oil and spices adding to the bread service. We never wait long for our meals to be served, and the wait staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone at this location has been kind and friendly, even when addressing problems. They take walk ups, and you can also make reservations. They have handled our large groups of 10+ with ease. Portions are reasonable, and I always bring home enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Their $10 Take Home Deal is a winner as well. Simply purchase an entrée and for $10, you take home a second entrée (full meal freshly prepared) of equal or lesser value already packed to go. You must dine in to qualify, and it's not available for takeout or delivery. You can add soup or salad to your take-home entrée for an extra fee of $2. Confirm that deal by phone before you go- still valid in late Oct 2025. While your meal here may not have been cooked by your Nona, lots of Nona’s are certainly dining here, and you’ll enjoy your meal and overall experience. I’m a huge fan of the chicken parm with…wait for it…extra bread. Order it with extra sauce and thank me later.
