  Never leave a reviews because I never think they’re worth the time, but if it means taking the time to hopefully change something at this location, I figured it’s worth a shot. My friends & I live right down the road and are huge football fans. We come every Sunday, or whichever gameday our team is playing. The food is definitely hit or miss, that’s to be expected, it’s a chain restaurant. I also work in a restaurant myself and know that sometimes food is inconsistent and there’s a lot of determining factors. With that in mind, one thing that is always a let down is sadly the service. It never fails, every time we go we joke prior about which server we’re going to have, and sadly it’s not never anyone we’re looking forward to. Between not being greeted after 20+ minutes of being sat, waiting 15+ minutes just for soft drinks to arrive after placing a beverage order & just the overall lack of urgency we experience from some of these servers is such a let down. Like I said, being in the industry myself, I’m always the first one to give someone the benefit of the doubt because things do happen—but whether it’s wall to wall people, or we’re one of 3 tables in the restaurant, it’s the same story every time. After many attempts at “giving it one more shot”, I think today was probably the last time and we’ll find elsewhere to eat and watch the game.

  If you like to eat in peace this is not your place specially Sundays . Way to much noice food was ok cold fries dry burger

  My husband and I went to that place for the first time, and the service was awful! It took them an hour and a half to bring the food, and the place was practically empty! When they finally brought the food, they gave me the wrong order! We're definitely not going back to that place!

  I live in Kissimmee if you read this as a tourist, do not go here to this restaurant you will be disappointed it is better to stick to restaurants 4.0 - 5.0 better servers and food . Vivo en Kissimmee, y si estás leyendo esto como turista, no vayas a este restaurante, porque te decepcionarás. Es mejor elegir restaurantes con una calificación de 4.0 a 5.0; el servicio y la comida son mucho mejores. Mieszkam w Kissimmee i jeśli czytasz to jako turysta, nie idź do tej restauracji, bo się rozczarujesz. Lepiej wybrać restauracje z oceną 4.0-5.0, tam obsługa i jedzenie są znacznie lepsze.

  We always loved to come to this place on our holidays as we don’t have it in Canada. This location has gone down hill. Service was absolutely horrible, multiple servers around all chatting with each other but doesn’t bother to help any customers. Took forever to get anything from these guys. We had essentially 4 different servers because no one would help us, we had to flag down someone each time we wanted more water or to even get a fork. Food was somewhat subpar. Tell me how street tacos sound like a buffalo chicken ranch wrap?? Got that wrong. I understand people make mistakes and some say oh it could be loud with the games on but we had a massive storm that knocked out the TVs so it was dead silent and they couldn’t even bother to listen. Do not recommend and am extremely disappointed.
