  We arrived around 11:50 in the night and they were angry and upset and looked at the time before we tried ordering our table, we are a big family a table of 9 she made me repeat myself after I said 9. She went to go clean the table and didn’t even dry it. we asked her if she could and she said okay and started cleaning other tables that were already clean. We decided to leave and when we were all about to leave they were happy that we decided to leave. Lazy workers they close at 1am and they couldn’t serve us at 12 a clock. Never again coming back to this place and I hope managers take action against these workers that were working.

  Waited over an hour for our take-out order. During this time we were repeatedly told it would be right out. We requested a refund and were told the front counter people couldn’t do that, and the manager couldn’t come speak with us because he was cooking. He never did come out. We ended up waiting 75 minutes. For chicken wings. Ridiculous.

  Our server was incredibly friendly. That’s the only plus to this visit. The food was awful. Appetizers undercooked. Onion rings cold and soggy. Rest of the order was barely mediocre. We were offered no drink refills until we were beyond ready to go. We love BWW but will certainly caution anyone that wants to visit this location. Please reconsider as the food quality is substandard.

  I placed an online order and waited outside for about forty minutes. I even spoke with the employee at the front desk while I was waiting. When I finally went inside to pick up my order, I was told that none of the items I ordered could be prepared and that I would be refunded. I do not understand why this was not communicated to me earlier. It would have saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. I also still have not received my refund. On top of that, the environment did not appear clean. Very frustrating experience.

  We have purchased from the formossa garden location in kissimmee many times both in store and takeout and have always been satisfied. We placed an order for wings for superbowl Sunday for pickup between 5:30 and 5:40. Order did not actually come out until 6:00. We understand the order not being ready on time due to superbowl business, but the quality was bad. We ordered the honey barbecue wings. Our wings came with hardly any sauce on them at all and several tasted as if they had originally been cooked a day or two ago and reheated. We understand they were busy with superbowl orders, but would expect that quality would be a priority even on busy days. Based on today's experience, it is doubtful that we will make the more than half hour trek down I-4 again, in fact if we hadn't been 35 minutes away we would have returned the wings and asked for a refund.
