  Only took off one star because it took a few more minutes than I’d expect to have the server initially greet us. After that everything was lovely. Very attentive service. The drinks were well done. One of our table ordered the cod which was lovely, even if you don’t think you like fish. The lobster tail was a bit on the small side but the filet was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. The chicken Marsala was also excellent and highly recommend the garlics mashed potatoes.

  I had a terrible experience at Bonefish Grill and left extremely disappointed. The service was rude, and the food was not good. I ordered the salmon with asparagus, and neither tasted fresh. The asparagus seemed old, and the salmon lacked freshness and flavor. Because of this, I asked to speak with the kitchen chef. Unfortunately, he was rude and dismissive. He quickly said he would “waive the dish and offer a dessert,” but that completely missed the point. I wasn’t looking for free food — I wanted to be treated with respect and to have my concerns taken seriously as a customer. I came here because I used to be a fan of Bonefish Grill, but after this experience, I truly hope I never have to eat here again. Customer service and food quality were both far below expectations. Very disappointing.

  We were promptly greeted, sat and served. The manager, Tony, checked on us and made sure our entire experience was incredible! This company is lucky to have someone who goes above and beyond like him. The holidays can be stressful but he made my week! Tony made me feel lucky to have eaten here. He gave us things BEFORE we even asked for them… we felt so cared for, seen and important. Cant wait to come back and see piper (our incredible server) and Tony (the most preemptive and personable manager)!

  Please read in full. Our waiter was running very behind but cordial. Sure we were a tough crowd with two young kids, but that doesn’t warrant being overlooked. Overall we experienced decent service and great food and drinks- thanks to the manager Kathy, who stepped in to get things started. The other staff in black shirts and from the kitchen were also very friendly and salvaged a poor experience into an average experience alongside the manager. I was honest with her on the way out that it was not our best Bonefish experience but her and the other staff were exceptionally attentive to pick up where our server was lacking. As usual the food was very good. So all in all it’s about a 2.5 of 5 therefore a 3 rating. I truly believe normally they are capable of much higher- we just didn’t experience it tonight.

  The Crab and fontina cheese frittata is to DIEEE FOR!! I highly recommend coming to bonefish grill if you want a good meal with good quick service. Will definitely be heading back there for next time I eat out.
