  No tomatoes available, order a sandwich with bacon, received sandwich without bacon. It was resolved after I took it back to the counter.

  Ordered online with a ready time of 6:37. 7:04 and the food is finally ready. This place is dead, so it is not because they are busy.

  I love the biscuits a lot they were really diverse and creative and very tasty. The fries were good, and the peach honey pepper dipping sauce was my favorite. The chicken breading was a little too thick for me, not my fave and I wanted chicken with the bone in which wasn’t available at this location.

  Where are the bone-in chicken thighs and legs on the menu? Waited so long to have a Bo-J near us and all we get are tenders. Please bring the real Bojangles chicken please!!!!

  I'd like to start of my rating by saying this new location is great. Prime location for business both locally and for tourism. That being said. I truly wish that I were able to give accolades to specific employees, but their names are not on the receipts , so I apologize for that. I will say that the evening staff is beyond exceptional with their service and speed. Catch them on a busy day and you will still be treated kindly. I've never dined in, so I have no report on that front. I will mention that I was jarringly confronted by what seemed as the morning floor manager. (The date 1/12/26, roughly 10:00 a.m.) I'm my personal opinion (keep that in mind), she was rude. At the payment window, I went to give exact change and she was overbearing to the young lady at the window. She approached and just tapped a screen and told me I needed to hurry up "because". I understand that fast food works on a set timer and clock for orders waiting in the drive thru. At the same time, my order was incorrect and I provided more money than what was due, due to the managers rush. If anything, my opinion is to go in the evening rather than morning (especially if said woman is on the clock) Other than that, the food is good and fresh and the staff is more than friendly! I'd still recommend 🤗
