  Here’s a personal-style review you can use or tweak: I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Bojangles. The service was slow and unorganized, and on top of that, the food was cold by the time I received it. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not even be able to enjoy it as intended. I usually expect better quality and customer service, so this experience definitely missed the mark and left a bad impression.

  We stopped in shortly after the store opened. Kayla, our cashier, was so sweet and welcoming. She really made our experience great. There was one small hiccup with our order and they went above and beyond in customer service. We are so excited to have a Bojangles here in Orlando now!

  So excited to have a bojangles here in FL! Since I am originally from NC, Born & Raised. It was PRETTY DARN GOOD!! I tried their chicken tenders (normally I more of their chicken fillet biscuit gal w/ bo rounds), they were really good!! Super tender, almost like melted in your mouth. The fries was on point! The mac & cheese always delicious! Only complaint would be that this location stops serving breakfast at 2pm and the sweet tea could be more sweet.

  First time at Bojangles and food is pretty good. Tenders tasted fresh, not dry and had a good crisp and seasoned fries were delicious without sauce. Wish the tenders were larger though which is why I'm giving a 4 star rating. Evie at the window was very pleasant and helpful with the menu. Genuine and cheerful.

  I went and the wait time was insane even just to order, the worker told me I was better off going to through the drive thru cause he said it himself that he had no idea what was taking so long. The people that were in line were waiting forever for food as got can see in the corner in red how long they were waiting. The workers seem like they didn’t get enough training or were very short staffed. Thankfully the food came out fresh
