- PNPapa NdiayeJan 1, 20262.0We are on vacation and had been looking forward to Ben & Jerry’s for several nights, so we were excited to finally stop in tonight. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There were at least 20 people waiting in line, and only one employee working, who was visibly overwhelmed. Multiple customers left because the wait was so long, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay or obvious understaffing. This was possibly the slowest ice cream experience I’ve ever had. There should never be a situation where only one person is expected to handle a rush like that. If adequate staffing isn’t possible, the establishment should consider closing rather than delivering such a poor experience. Overall, a very frustrating visit and a bad look for the business.

Had to repeat several times if we could try flavors, there was miscommunication regarding if we could split the minimum 2 scoops into 2 cups where were just charged the price of 2 for half the quantity until we asked, and then the scope taken from the mixed phishfood flavor just got the chocolate on the side and not the marshmallow and fudge.
