This is the 4th time ordering from them where they don't actually have the flavors listed. When you do finally get the ice cream, that you didn't order in the first place whatever you ordered on or with it is also missing.

The employee rushed through the flavors, was impatient when we asked again, and her tone felt harsh with no greeting or thank you, which made the interaction uncomfortable. The milkshake was also very thin, not the thick quality we expect from Baskin-Robbins, and honestly felt more like something from a convenience store. Baskin Robbins please hire employees who wanna come to work.

We get to the window, & waited a few minutes for her to answer, mind you the place was empty, she starts taking our order with attitude. I ask her what flavors where available at the time, and she’s said “idk what you looking for”. I told her my order 3/4 times and she still was doing her own thing. She was talking with a low tone than got upset that we didn’t hear what she said and kept talking to us with a nasty attitude. I didn’t even want to spend my money there & just left. Look I know we all have bad days and customers can be annoying at times but you gotta atleast treat people with respect, ESPECIALLY if we never disrespected. Don’t even waste your time coming here.

Wanted to upcharge for a small cup I asked for to invert a sugar cone into so my little girls wouldn’t drop the ice cream from the cone. First ever Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to with my family that upcharges for that. We love BR but the upcharge is a deal breaker. There are many other ice cream places nearby they are competing with that have great variety, tasty ice cream, and won’t do silly upcharges.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
