  We ordered take out, place seems soo0o poppin, & we're not from FL but this place amazing reminds me of a bbq Gem back home & thats special and they were quick with curbside she was so nice, we definitely will eat here again!!💚

  The food and service at 4 Rivers is great! Not only was the food wonderful (3 meet plate and dessert - can’t go wrong with anything), the service from the team was impeccable. They functioned with group effort in mind! When great service is provided the food tastes soooo much better!! Thanks to the team: Gabby, Christina, Cara, Jennifer, Jayden , and Jonathan! We appreciate each of you for making our experience wonderful!

  If I could give 10 stars for service I would! This is the third time that I’ve been to this location. It’s always clean. The staff is super friendly. Each time my family has had dinner here, Cara has been there. I remember because she’s always super friendly and helpful . Tonight was no different. Cara was super helpful with my rewards account and had me come back up to the register once I registered so she could put points from my receipt onto my account. She was super helpful and just truly made me feel like she wanted to help me. Good customer service is so hard to find. But she truly made me feel important and like my family mattered. You just don’t find that these days So I wanted to take a moment and leave a really amazing review for her and this location because it truly is a pleasure to take my family there.

  I had the pleasure of trying out four rivers smokehouse for the first time and was welcomed in by a wonderful employee by the name of Genesis. The smile on her face really showed that that she was delighted to assist me and my family. The brisket is awesome, they even have ones they sell that you can take home. Very clean establishment, I can’t think of one single thing I didn’t like about this place!

  Just moved to the area and saw the great reviews on this place, unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The place was empty which is a red flag to me seeing as there is a huge gym next door full of hungry meatheads. Why aren’t they coming here? Something is very wrong. Not a single gym-goer in here. The first person to serve me was very unfriendly. I told her I was new and didn’t know what I wanted, she didn’t offer to help me whatsoever and just walked off. She also cut my brisket meat which was stone cold and dry - absolutely disgusting. Must have been sitting out for hours. The other person to serve my sides was friendly and the lady cleaning was as well, she asked me how my meal was. The sides were yummy. No complaints. Drink machines (2) were both completely empty of Pepsi, so I had to settle for a drink I didn’t want. Over all just a bad experience and I won’t be returning. $24 for a meal for one where the meat was inedible. Shocking quality for a meat-focused restaurant. The one bad staff member could have resolved everything here, I hope management can fix this.
