  This is my regular stop every morning, I’ve never had any issues ordering, very few times I wasn’t able to get what I wanted (out of stock). The early morning crew is always so good to me, Jennifer and I typically share a laugh at the window!!

  My wife and I are regular customers at the Dunkin’ on 5125 S Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL. Today, we had a really unpleasant experience at the register. An older female employee wearing a black jacket and AirPods was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was on the phone and treating her coworker disrespectfully in front of customers. The younger female employee at the register was very polite and handled herself professionally. She apologized to us and asked for patience as she is still learning. However, the older employee’s behavior toward her while she was asking for help was completely unacceptable. This older employee has consistently been rude to us in the past. She should be retained only if her behavior is corrected or dismissed if it continues. Dunkin’ should take this seriously and make sure employees treat both customers and coworkers with respect.

  Maybe we came too early but they were a little rude. Then you can spend $20+ on food and they want you to pay for jelly even though we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. This is the only location I know that does that.

  I stopped by this Dunkin’ around 7:45 PM, and even though the posted closing time was 8:00 PM, I was told they were no longer making food because everything had already been put away and that only drinks were available. As a business owner myself, that was disappointing. If a store is open until 8:00 PM, customers should still be able to order from the available menu until that time. I’ve had much better experiences at other Dunkin’ locations, which is why this stood out even more. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management addresses it, because closing procedures should not interfere with customer service during posted business hours. Priority should be the customer and following posted hours not trying togo home faster, truly disappointed.

  I wish I reviewed sooner. This location means a lot to me, and I often went here after school 2023(?)-2024- the beginning of 2025 every Wednesday around 3. I would stay here and wait to be picked up after walking here after school, often grabbing coffee and donuts. The staff was always really nice; even after I would stay for a few hours- they would be patient and if you asked them to remake your order for whatever reason they would. They were always nice, even when changing staff over the years and month. The location feels safe even despite being close to a gas station, and the atmosphere is comforting. I appreciate the staff here and they are really nice. My favorite drinks are probably the Dunkalattee/Dunkin cold brew/ and pumpkin latte. My favorite donut is probably the cookie butter crumble, and apple cider ones. the avocado toast is very good as well. Bellow are some pictures of three of my orders during that time. Thank you to the staff who work there and have worked there during that time for always being kind.
