I had a very unpleasant experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru today. A female employee spoke to me rudely and abruptly because my order wasn’t ready. She told me to move to the stop signal in a very harsh tone and quickly closed the window, so I couldn’t even understand what she said. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and really ruined my visit. I hope staff receive proper training on how to treat customers.

Do better Dunkin’… seriously.
Placed a mobile order at 9:35am for window pickup. By the time we got there around 9:50, the drive-thru line was insanely long, so I figured I’d run inside quickly to grab it.
While I was waiting, I decided to order myself food at the register. The employee immediately shut me down and said I couldn’t because they were “backed up” and it would be a 15–20 minute wait. Fine, I said forget it.
I then stood there waiting… and waiting… clearly seeing my order sitting ready by the window. I tried to get the attention of THREE different employees and was completely ignored.
Finally, the manager—who had been yelling across the store the entire time—comes over and asks what I need. I explain my order is ready. Instead of just handing it to me, she lectures me about how I’m “not supposed to come inside” if I chose mobile window pickup and that I was “making things worse.”
Excuse me… I was trying to make it easier and avoid holding up your drive-thru.
On top of that, while I was waiting, I watched her speak to her employees in the most disrespectful way—yelling, threatening to replace them, and calling them pathetic. It was honestly uncomfortable to witness.
No wonder the staff seemed miserable… no one deserves to be spoken to like that.
Customer service was terrible, management was worse.
Do better.
Visited this DD for breakfast and was effectively refused service. I was in the middle of placing my order with the person at cash, who seemed very nice initially. But then the person taking my order was strangely making the order process more difficult then it needed to be.seemed she was delaying things.. Telling me things are 'out of stock' and they would 'have to check' if they have any, or having me change my order to other items or suggesting substitutes. Things got stranger when the person taking the order just stood there and stared at me halfway through placing my order. Confused, I asked if she was ok, because I honestly thought she might having a stroke or something. She finally admitted to me that her manager asked her to stop taking any more orders - in the middle of my order?. My family and I left without anything, and went down the street to MCDs instead where we had no issues with ordering our meals. I'll definitely be avoiding this location when visiting Davenport.

My hot coffees were cold, I got a large and were half way full.
Two of my items were missing.
Completely ignored me when I went back to get my two missing items.
Sorry missing 3 of my items
No friendly service, just silent this whole item.
