  Went there 3/18/26 at 12:00 pm wasn’t greeted at the window to pay until the opened my door with my sandwich in bad and the lady saw I had my credit card in hand and repaid “did you pay” I said no so she takes my card and swiped it and handed it back and says did you get your drink I say no she turns around asks the other works where my drink and no one knows. Three minutes later they handed to me I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. I got a croissant sandwich that was missing half of the bread and had melted cheese everywhere stuck to the wrapper.. I’ve been trying to Call the store to let them know for the past 2 1/2 hours nobody answers the phone. I will be going there when I get off of work. Attached is the picture of my sandwich that was wrong. I have been to this location multiple times and they’re always messing up my food and this is the first time I’m finally complaining. I’m VERY disappointed especially because they can’t even answer the phone

  Went in to get a couple of crullers and ended up getting a dozen. Not a fan of the kiosk. I would rather have the personal experience of face to face ordering. Probably will not come to this one very often.

  I went to this Dunkin at 1:45 3/15 and the young gentleman made me the best matcha I’ve ever had in my life

  Honestly, this is probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and I go to Dunkin almost every day. The crazy part is they can’t seem to get even the simplest orders right. You order an iced coffee and they give it to you in an extra hot large cup with a lid that doesn’t even fit. You order a sausage, egg and cheese wake up wrap and they give you everything except the sausage. At this point something needs to change. Whether it is retraining the staff, improving management, or reevaluating operations, the current level of service just is not working.

  Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I hope a manager sees this. I was there March4 at 12 PM through drive-thru . The woman there with the brown hair in the bun was so nice and she made me feel like I wasn’t a burden to be in her drive-thru in overall just a sweetheart.
