  First of all food wasn't ready once I arrived once food wasn't finished and app told it was ready was handed to me and I ordered chip no chips in bad ordered a kids meal chicken was supposed to be regular and it was very spicy for my daughter she didn't even eat and went to she went to get the fruit that was given to her which was an orange and it was rotten

  I was really excited when I heard they were building a Chipotle near me so I wouldn’t have to drive to the St. Cloud location anymore. Unfortunately, after several visits, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. This location is frequently out of key ingredients, whether there are only a few customers or a long line. They don’t inform people waiting when they’ve run out of items, so you end up standing in line for nothing and only find out upon ordering . On my most recent visit, they were out of both steak and chicken and didn’t mention it until it was my turn to order. It would be helpful and respectful to let guests know what’s unavailable so they’re not wasting 10–15 minutes in line. This has happened more than once, and it really comes across as poor preparation and poor management.

  I’ve generally had good experiences with this Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing. About two hours before closing, they were already limiting portions because they didn’t want to prepare more food. This wasn’t a specialty item—it was basic staples like rice and beans, which should be consistently available throughout operating hours. What made it more frustrating was seeing multiple employees (about five on shift) with most of them chatting in the back instead of preparing food to restock the line. It gave the impression that customer service wasn’t a priority at that moment. I’d strongly recommend ensuring a closing manager is actively overseeing operations at all times, especially to maintain food availability and team accountability. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re getting less just because it’s later in the evening.

  This place just opened less than four months ago and they’re already having problems. They don’t know how to deal with customers and their attitude is very unprofessional. When you work with the public — especially in a restaurant — you need to know how to treat customers properly, even when you’re having a bad day. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here and experienced the same thing. Another issue is that they’re almost always out of many items on the menu. Total disappointment. I’m not going back.
