  Had to wait 30 minutes to even order. Not because there were too many people in line, but because the kitchen was being run incompetently (they were definitely not short staffed). WONT BE COMING BACK IN THE FUTURE…

  I really hate leaving negative reviews, but after being overcharged multiple times, I feel the need to warn others. On our most recent visit, my husband ordered a chicken quesadilla (which comes with 3 sides) and simply asked if the rice and beans could be placed in a bowl so everything would fit better. He also ordered chips with guacamole. This should have been under $12 with tax. Instead, we were charged $23.38. Why? Because the cashier added an additional “veggie bowl” charge of $9.65 just for placing the sides in a bowl. That was never requested. We immediately went back inside, and we’re still waiting on a refund for that incorrect charge. The very next day, we gave this location another chance. I ordered two chicken bowls, chips with guacamole, and two drinks—normally around $32 plus tax. This time, we were told the total was $37.30. When I asked for a breakdown, I found out they had added an extra guacamole charge that I never ordered. I only requested the chips & guacamole bundle. Now I am waiting for a second refund. When we went to get our drinks, we wanted Tabasco in a small container. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any, so we returned to the register and informed them that we needed Tabasco. The cashier told us we need your debit card too so you can receive your refund. We were confused because we had already given them our card three times. We explained that if we had left, we wouldn’t have received our refund? They realized their mistake and apologized for their oversight because people started listening to our conversations. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like a pattern. Customers should not have to double-check every receipt to make sure they aren’t being overcharged. While we were there, another family was also confused about why their total was so high for just two meals. This seems to be happening to multiple customers. There appears to be a lack of proper training and management oversight, especially with cashiers. Communication between staff taking orders and those ringing them up needs serious improvement. On top of that, the restaurant itself was not clean, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. This is very disappointing. We work hard for our money, and situations like this feel unfair and unacceptable. Please double-check your receipts if you visit this location.

  This chipotle is pretty good but it gets busy a lot. The employees seem overworked often and there is usually only one person making all the mobile orders. The quality of Chipotle food in general seems to be going down, but I am still willing to have it on occasion. I usually have the best luck in terms of good quality food at this location. Most times it’s pretty good. I just wish they weren’t so understaffed.

  I visited this location and, while waiting to place my order, I noticed that the entire place was dirty and disorganized. None of the staff seemed concerned about cleaning the tables or the floor. The food preparation area also looked messy and unhygienic. After a few minutes, I decided to leave because the environment didn’t make me feel comfortable eating there. The food might be good, but the cleanliness of the place is very poor.

  Placed order online and went inside and it wasn’t ready yet. They said they hadn’t gotten to our order yet but it was the next one up. Ended up being ready 15 minutes after the app said it was ready. We waited at tables and everything was very dirty. There no way I would sit at the tables to eat in there. The outdoor tables and area were a mess with trash everywhere…and it was raining. Got back to the condo after a long day to find that we were missing the large queso we ordered. My burrito bowl was cold and was mostly really dried clumpy rice. Definitely expected the food to be fresh and hot after the wait we had. This was the worst chipotle experience we have had. Definitely won’t be back to this location.
