  Visiting from the UK, this is the worst Chipotle in Orlando, you are much better driving the extra distance to avoid this place. Front of house was dirty, no one wiping down tables. Soda machine wasn’t working. They had ran out of lots of ingredients, no fruit cups given with children’s meals. Just a disaster of an establishment. Will not be back. It has actually put my wife of Chipotle all together.

  Do restaurant was dirty and hadn't been clean for some time now by the time we got to the restaurant approximately 8:30 there was no white rice there was no chicken there was no Barbacoa there was no other meat there was no corn there was no veggies and then I asked for some sour cream she said they didn't have sour cream I asked her why is there sour cream in that bin she says she was only allowed to use it for to-go orders then I asked for a Coke and they said of course you already know the answer. Coke machine was broken. Unfortunately this place would do better if it had a manager...

  I have celiac disease and my son has a gluten intolerance. I made that clear when we ordered. The person who assisted us did their best to make sure we were safe and they were genuinely amazing. The line worker that they had to repeatedly ask for our meat from was not. She rolled her eyes multiple times and loudly insisted we couldn't be guaranteed a safe experience. Despite her insistence, and her keeping my 7 year old waiting 20+ minutes for his meal, seemingly intentionally, he was extremely pleased to simply be able to eat at the same restaurant as the rest of his family. No cross contamination occurred, as I can tell immediately (and violently within 15 minutes). He enjoyed it so much that we will in fact be back and I swear if that line worker rolls her eyes one more time there will be words exchanged.

  The only reason this visit was great id because a manager made our food! We walked in ( 3woman) and EVERYONE I mean EVERYONE stared at us the entire crew. (Mostly women) No one said hi or welcome you would think they would considering how much they stared at us...food was alright not a huge fan to begin with but my girls love it so I tagged along. Streak was tough as tough could be, I got a create your own kids taco plate and literally you have to use your hands ( because the plastic utensils are not great) to put together your tacos....very over priced I spent almost 30 dollars for a kids meal two drinks a bag of greasy chips, queso and a burrito bowl. Definitely not worth 30 bucks like I said the two other women i went with for lunch really wanted it and I was treating one of them due to unfortunate circumstances. Definitely wasn't prepared to throw down 30 bucks on lunch for two people but I had been asked in private if I could cover my friend untill she got paid and of course agreed, without any stipulations on what she wanted. The staring of the entire female staff wasn't ideal either but it was what my girls wanted so....again not a huge fan of chipotle to begin with just not my thing...the manager was great though whoever he was that day thank you for being kind, patient, efficient and providing us with excellent 👌👍 service!!!!

  this was my “burrito”, usually i’m not one to complain so i don’t come off a karen but i’m sick and tired of paying for overpriced food that’s never done properly. i went back in to ask if they can re wrap it because… it’s their mess up and she looked at me like i have 4 heads and was like “no no i can’t do anything you can rewrap it yourself” like i’m sorry what? and i said it’s falling apart as soon as i unwrapped i even tried to make it work and it fell apart completely. i’m so sorry but in this case the customer IS RIGHT either give me a voucher or redo it because that’s your job. service was shit and so was my burrito that they made me rewrap cause apparently i have to do their job for them
