The guy hang up in my face every time I called horrible customer service! I will be contacting corporate to complain we are throwing up ! I rather go to the one vine street they never disappoint
- KIKevin I6 days ago1.0The food is fine. But I am disappointed. I thought Chick-Fil-A had higher standards. 1. The seating is torn and worn out. 2. The garbage cans were overflowing 3. The general cleanliness of the interior was just not good. 4. Nobody said please or thank you. I kind of enjoy the extra niceness when I go here vs other fast food places. These are my own observations and opinions.

After speaking with a very kind employee he let me know that I had placed the order for inside pickup. Even though it was my error he kindly told me to give them a few minutes so they can remake my order since it was sitting out for a while and he had someone bring it out to my car. Such great customer service. I wish I would have asked for his name. Thank you to this kind employee!
- ICieshia cobbsApr 3, 20262.0This morning I placed an order for a spicy chicken biscuit meal and when my order arrived there was hair on my sandwich a long blonde strand I contacted chic fil a and door dash they offered to replace the order I agreed because I wanted to have breakfast the second order arrived and to my surprise it was the same issue but this time a long black strand of hair entangled in between my sandwich please check your sandwiches carefully clearly the staff is not properly wearing hair nets in the kitchen.

But the flour tortilla is kind of Dry dry and crumbly. Mean. Had. And cold. Breakfast is your first meal and you want the food nice and fresh. Something that you can really enjoy eating. But instead you ended up sometimes throwing that away because. Crumbly and cold tortilla who wants that in the morning. Not me. I hope one Day they pay more attention and understand that serving something like that is just. Not. Worth it. Taking the time to stop by the Chick-fil-A. Sad
