  I have a real review to leave but will not do so until you swap out the American flags that are not fit to fly for new ones at this location. How do you not have a cadence to change them so often.

  Employee don’t really want to work, they make 2 burgers then stop, taking a break and talking nonsense, while the order ticket piles up. After 40 minutes I finally got my pickup order, and the burger is already cold.

  We ordered 3 BACONZILLA combos. It’s supposed to be 4 slices of bacon but they use just a small pinch of bacon bits. The fries is okay! We placed the order 11:52pm and receive the order 1:08 am. By the way, if you order this for delivery, thru their website apparently, it will be delivered by doordash with tip expected from the checkers website.

  Severely understaffed, terrible wait time to get an online order, just to find out that it was the bag I saw sitting on the counter the whole time. Food itself was on the bad side of mediocre. Not going to speak highly of this place as a first-timer at this chain.

  Es el peor checkers que e visitado en todo Orlando. La atención es una mierda de verdad. No sé cómo pueden contratar empleados así en un restaurante de comida rápida. Son irrespetuosos, les da igual si hay una fila larga, dure 50 minutos esperando una orden que compré desde casa y la aplicación me dijo que estaba terminada, quise recogerla y para ellos es como si no les hubiera enseñado nada. Son horribles para trabajar en esto. Vayan a otro sitio de verdad sino quieren pasar un mal rato aquí.
