As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- VVVee5 days ago1.0The cashiers, the cook and manager all was rough. They don’t have customer service. If you don’t like your job than maybe it’s time to start looking for a new one. They messed up our order and acted like we were doing something wrong by telling them this isn’t what we ordered. No cars and no people are there and I wonder why? That bad attitude. I won’t return to this location due to how rude the workers are.

The food was fine overall, though the fries were noticeably greasy. The cashier was friendly, which I appreciated. What really disappointed me, however, was the pricing and overall value. I ordered a #1 meal, and the large drink was filled about three-quarters with ice. When I asked for a refill, I was charged an additional $3.50. The meal already cost $13, and I was also charged $1 for sauces. For the level of service and food quality offered, the pricing feels excessive and unreasonable. I left more frustrated than satisfied.

The service was excellent from start to finish — fast, friendly, and they actually got the order right, which already puts them above half the fast-food game. The chili dogs were straight bussin, loaded heavy and full of flavor, and the wings were crispy, juicy, and sauced perfectly. The spicy chicken sammich was hittin too, crunchy with just the right amount of heat. And let’s talk about that 2 for 7 deal… absolute steal, crazy value for the amount of food you get. Don’t leave without the apple pie either — that thing was fire, hot and sweet with the perfect crunch. Overall, great food, great prices, and great service. Checkers stays clutch.😁💯
