  They seem to enjoy making fun of the drivers. I went to pick up an order, and they took longer than necessary; when I was leaving, they were laughing. This is the last time I’ll go to this place.

  So I went to Charley's on Vine St tonight and the lobby was empty but 2-3 cars in the drive thru so I decided to go in. I seen only one employee (Lady) working alone handling drive thru, cooking and preparing the orders.. I place my order on the kiosk @ 8:58 pm. I'm sitting here for 5-10 min watching her, when she starts yelling out to whomever in a room while she's still cooking.. Then these 2 guys (the Manager and another employee) appear from out of the back laughing, joking, and stretching as if the were just relaxing..Poor lady! The guy started to make my Philly, which by the way, was very soggy, withered lettuce and tasteless. I guess Never go in a Sunday night🤷🏾‍♀️ but Kudo's to lady!

  I had made an order online that I needed to change from pickup to delivery. I called right away when I noticed on receipt that is was setup for pickup. Called numerous times over 10x and no one picked up. So I decided to use Uber eats in replacement and request refund from them since I cannot communicate with this Restaurant. Terrible and poorest customer service. Uber eats went ahead and delivered. I decided to continue to call they finally answered. The gentlemen that picked phone up I explained the situation to him. He repeated and continue to tell me your food ready for pickup. I said no I need to cancel and request refund. I then asked for management and a women named Miriam picks up phone and I explain what happened and how they failed to do their job and pickup phone calls to your customers. I no longer needed that order. She said she understood and she would go ahead and refund me. Few days past and no refund. Go in person speaks to one of the workers in front. Explained AGAIN to him. He got on phone with so called Owner or Manager and said the same thing they gonna refund you. 1 week now and still nothing. They just lie and dont attend to their customers. The food was bad disgusting. Soggy + gross. Would not recommend this LOCATION to no one at all. ZERO STARS
