  Shout out to Nikki for her outstanding customer service and bright and shiny demeanor while my husband and I were on vacation from New Hampshire back in February. She was a breath of fresh air on top of being a very attentive server which made our experience all the more enjoyable. Carrabba’s is lucky to have her!

  Food was delicious as always. We were really looking forward to coming to Carrabba’s as it’s a staple on our trips to Florida. We had such a poor experience here tonight. We received no menus except a take away menu with no prices, the service was very slow but once we received our mains, we weren’t offered deserts or drinks and he placed the cheque on our table while 4 of us were still eating their mains? Maybe John our server was having a bad day but his service was below par.

  While on vacation with family, we decided to treat ourselves to some Italian cuisine. The server, while courteous initially, failed to bring our ordered drinks and take our food orders. It was well past 10 minutes of waiting in a nearly empty restaurant. My kids had time to finish their coloring menus, and our drinks were nowhere in sight. I literally had to get up from my seat and find an employee to inquire about our drinks and taking our order. The employee said she would check into the holdup. I returned to my table and waited. We sat at our table long enough to decide that the restaurant was no longer deserving of our patronage and got up to leave. As we were getting up to leave, our server (he will remain unnamed) sauntered over with our drinks, which showed me that the drinks hadn't even been made and ready at the point of my inquiry. It doesn't take 4 to 5 minutes to fill a (non-alcoholic) drink order for 4 people in a restaurant serving 3 tables. I politely asked why the holdup. He basically said he had other customers to serve. 🤯 This is unacceptable in an establishment serving $30+ entrées. I was told by the hostess that they were not properly staffed - no SA on duty... so take that for what you will. I'm sure the food is wonderful, it just would have been nice to get some.

  We dtopped by to enjoy another meal from this chain and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It was our first time going to this particular location in FL. We will definitely pay them another visit in the future!! We were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary and were kindly treated to a complimentary, very tasty Peach Blackberry Crostata garnished with fresh mint, served hot in a cast iron serving dish. Woondeerfuul!!!

  I had such an amazing experience at Carrabba’s in Kissimmee, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Mario! From the moment we sat down, Mario went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His energy, attention to detail, and genuine kindness really stood out. He made great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel like VIP guests the entire night. It’s rare to come across service that memorable, but Mario truly made our dining experience exceptional. The food was great, but the service is what will bring us back! If you’re visiting this location, definitely ask for Mario—you won’t be disappointed!
