  Normally, I would give a good review, because I know People’s jobs are on the line. But the service here was just too awful. No one knew the price of anything. Our waitress had a bad attitude. Which probably explains why hardly nobody was in there. The food was just OK. I feel like everyone was just coming to pick up a check. And not really put in any work to make this place somewhere where everybody would wanna go. I always recommend before firing retrain. But you may need to change management. Sorry I had to give you this review. But you need to know what’s going on and so does everybody else who spends their hard earn money on food when they’re on vacation.

  I do put into consideration that our server is still “in training” would be a bit slower paced, but come on! I’ve had to flag our waiter down just to get a water refill. We did the bottomless app and had to wait 15-20min between each order.

  Bad service!! Took them forever to take the order, no burgers from menu available, waiter VON very rude the excuse was no staff, avoid this place not worth to spend your time and money👎

  The place was not even that busy half the restaurant was empty. All the service staff and an employees all acted like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. Getting help was like pulling teeth . They acted like it was your fault for asking for something.

  Very disappointing experience. We had a group of 11 and called ahead. We were told they don’t take reservations but to come over and they would be able to seat us. When we arrived, we were told they couldn’t seat us because the kitchen was backed up. However, within about 15 minutes they seated a table of 6 with no problem, and staff even admitted we should have been seated first. When we spoke to the manager, Rachel, to explain our frustration and told her we were leaving, she simply said “BYE” with a smirk and walked away while we were still standing there. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager. Very disappointing customer service.
