  The food and the ambiance of the place was amazing the service was top-notch as well and special shoutout to Kasey for being such an amazing server overall if i could rate more than 5 stars it would be 10000000 stars out of 5 stars

  Sat at the bar today walked in and realized they had $5 martini’s and margaritas yay… me and my friend usually meet up here after work but never been on Monday. We usually have Scott which is amazing all the way aroundat the bar well today we had Tanya not that we knew her name because she never introduced herself. We asked for our drinks they did not taste how we usually get them but okay I figure she just don’t make them the way he does which would have been fine if they didn’t come with the nastiest attitude. She was rude don’t listen when you talk to her, and really just looks miserable. We decided to finish up our drinks and just look for another place to eat. I have never walked into somewhere and got a dirty nasty attitude for no reason. My friend had to ask her if she was okay and she smirked back are you okay? . I have been here before also and not that I would have remembered her name but I came before with my daughter and sure enough it clicked, the same attitude I had before. She most not make no money whatsoever here and not sure why she acts that way. Won’t come again while she is working.

  We are frequent regulars at Bonefish Grill’s all over Florida and that’s because we love the service, drinks and food. As a party of three, we came out for martini Monday and some food, but it took so long to be greeted that I decided to go next door to a shop while I waited for the guys to order for us. When I returned the manager was behind the bar taking our order. The guys had to flag him over because they were never greeted- even after the bar staff had passed by them multiple times. The drink came out wrong- so much olive juice it was like saltwater. I was told it couldn’t be modified under the $5 martini menu by the bartender- even though the manager took the order for us (no olive juice please) -Anyway we paid and left right away, terrible bar service. Bad night I assume- very unusual for a Bonefish. I only gave an extra star for service because the manager tried to make things better, but still unimpressed.

  Normally food is great but tonight bar service was terrible they took our order and never saw them again we begged someone we hadn’t met for our check we would have ordered and tipped way more but it was pure neglect tonight. Not sure what happened there . Came out for 5$ martinis and I won’t be doing that again. They can’t handle the volume of customers , it wasn’t super busy but it wasn’t slow for sure.
