  The store manager, James, was super helpful, took great care of my order and terrific guest service. After placing a $320.00 on-line order, I attempted to call the store and verify that an order of this size could be accommodated. However, the phone number was not cooperating, so I drove to the store to verify. James sincerely apologized for the phone mishap and assured me everything would be taken care of. James did not disappoint! Terrific chicken, the coleslaw was perfect and the extra biscuits he threw in, were delicious and appreciated. Looking forward to our next meal at Bojangles on 192.

  The food here was actually delicious and exceeded my expectations for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing because it took an incredibly long time just to receive our order. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the building is a major concern, as we spotted a dead cockroach on the floor right when we walked inside. While the kitchen staff clearly knows how to cook, the poor service and lack of hygiene are hard to overlook. I hope the management addresses these issues soon, but I won't be rushing back.

  I had such a great experience at Bojangles, especially thanks to Nadira! I came in with a large party, and she handled everything so smoothly. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive the entire time. Even with a big group, she made sure everyone was taken care of and had what they needed. Her customer service was truly outstanding she stayed positive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole visit. It really made a difference and made our experience so enjoyable. Thank you, Nadira, for going above and beyond! You made our visit amazing, and we truly appreciate you.

  Biscuits definitely not all that and where are the BONE IN wings like a lot of other Bojangles locations? Amongst a lot of other items,and yall always running out of shit.

  Horrible experience chicken wasn't ready Was given only 3/4 coleslaw in container Cashier short changed me 10.00 Horrible customer service , Will Not be using this Bojangles again
