  The food was amazing here. One of the best smokehouses I’ve been to in Florida and hands down the best ribs I’ve had. Great value for money and the staff were also super friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

  Very very good BBQ. Good selection of sides as well. The service was good and the overall atmosphere was pleasent. It is a must try in my opinion and I wish we had one close to me.

  It had been quite sometime since we found ourselves back in FL and but 4R was on our list of places to stop while near Orlando. The food was just as good as we remembered and the service was fast and extremely friendly. I'm not shocked I forgot to take photos because we were pretty hungry after a day at Universal, but stop in for yourself and check it out.

  I went to pick up an order and left honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated. The staff at the pickup window—especially the girl with glasses and a head covering—was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude. There was zero courtesy, zero respect, and the entire interaction felt cold and hostile. What should have been a simple pickup turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience because of the attitude and lack of basic customer service. The energy there was so negative it made me not even want the food anymore. It’s really disappointing to see a place treat customers this way. I will never, ever be coming back.

  We did not have a bad visit here. The atmosphere and cleanliness of 4 Rivers Smokehouse was very pleasant. The food looks amazing when you walk in, and we did appreciate the Bible verses scattered throughout the restaurant on the walls. We also thought it was a little funny that there’s a photo poster of the old Kississme Coca-Cola bottling plant even though 4 Rivers serves Pepsi products. We were a little let down by the taste though. I got the Pulled Pork burger, my wife got street tacos, and kiddo got chicken fingers with Mac and Cheese. The pulled pork sandwich had coleslaw, jalapeños, bbq sauce and pickles, but it was still bland tasting until I added some Trappey’s vinegar to it. I’ve been to other bbq places where the sauce is overly sweet, but we did not run into that issue here thankfully. If you like sweets, you’ll have a good time here because they also offered cookies, brownies, and warm bread pudding. Again, we didn’t have a bad experience here, but the food taste just isn’t enough where we’d want to make a return visit.
