  Poor service they don’t serve chicken and don’t answer the menu box or phone. Horrible. Just close this trash spot already.

  The sides aren't good enough But the chicken is amazing.It's quite juicy, and it has this natural spice to it Tell me if you're on spicy chicken.Lover, don't worry.The natural chicken is actually a lot spicier than you think I personally would not recommend a lemonade it just wasn't you know my taste If you like sour stuff with of a little bit of a weird taste. Definitely, get this lemonade. It is for you. The dirty rice wasn't quite up to my taste I really did not expect the taste I was just to rate the dirty rice I would say something along the lines of three Out of all the sauces, I would definitely recommend the jalapeno ranch four stars The bo sauce is reminiscent of I would say horseradish sauce if you want that.Bo sauce is definitely for you If I was to rate that you chicken itself, I would say, four stars, it is amazing, isn't the peak.But still good Service was terrible I'm not exactly because of the workers But because of the wait., it was really, really long they were kind of swamped I guess It was like five cars and only one car was in front of me It took like at least twenty minute My actual controller experience would be along the lines of two point eight.But this app does not allow that

  Ordered 3 piece tenders meal drive thru & the food was not hot at all! Not fresh or even hot. Biscuit was also cold. And also got my drink wrong. 1 star for the blueberry cookie, its really good.

  How come every time i go there, I need to wait at the counter 5-10 minutes before anyone will take my order? During that time you have taken 5-10 orders from the drive thru. Stop prioritizing the drive through. First come first serve. Or better yet fix your App so i can order THE FULL MENU on the app. Who on earth puts only part of the menu on the app? Kids chicken tender meal, why is it not on the app? Tuesday tender buy 1 get 1 special why is it not on the app? If your too lazy to fix the app, then put in a kiosk that features THE FULL MENU & DEALS! its 2026 people, get with it. Your technology needs to be up to date and working! All the other fast food places make it work, why cant you? And its also stupid you dont serve Bone in Chicken! Why only tenders?

  As soon as they opened, I detoured here because I haven’t had Bojangles in YEARS!! The restaurant is not that big, but has seating. I stand in the line waiting, and I’m looking at the menu board and I don’t see chicken parts. I get to the register and the order taker was so pleasant when telling me they only serve tenders…..like what??!! Only tenders?? Come on Bojangles, that’s crazy!! What a disappointment! Since I was already there I ordered the tenders meal with a side of gravy and peach honey pepper. I will admit the gravy and honey pepper are so good, but the tenders were just alright. I won’t give them more than a 3 because I feel like I was tricked. I probably will only be back for the gravy and peach honey pepper and head over to Popeyes. I was upset so I ate in my car. Lol
