  Even tho this location gets absolutely slammed every Sunday, the staff holds it down and my order is always perfect.

  Tried the Iced Dunkalatte today. It's a sweet caffeinated drink and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes coffee that's light and sweet.

  The second time that we've placed approximate $50 app order and they had zero donuts, zero donuts holes, zero muffins at Dunkin DONUTS. We live in a rural area so thec store is about 10 miles away. When did I find out they had nothing to fulfill my order? When I got to the counter, I was told they couldn't fulfill the order. They didn't even have one donut in the store. They first ask me to go on the app and request the refund myself which upset me since they took $50 from my credit card and I drove all the way to the store and without notification they wanted me to go thru the extra effort of getting my own refund? Finally they got the manager and she did it at the cash machine. In addition to the donut order we had an order for one coffee and one side order of bacon. Did they offer anything for the hassle, maybe take the coffee off or something? No, I was refunded but had to pay for my coffee and bacon. This was 4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They allowed a large 'catering' order that completely ordered everything in the store and the management allowed this knowing they would not have anything to serve the customers at the store front door two days. They acted as if they were the victim because they had to work to fulfill this large order. When I ask why they couldn't just make more, I was told they had no supplies to make more anything until the truck came in on Monday. So they had no way to serve any donuts, muffin ns etc for half of Saturday, all of Sunday until whenever the truck arrived on Monday. This is unbelievable; especially when there are other Dunkin donuts stores within 10 miles. They couldn't just ask to borrow some supplies? Although the manager was nice, the fact that they obviously didn't care about the hassle (and waste of gas and time) for their customer and offered nothing as a token of apology was enough to lose my business. The owner should sit up and listen. This is the second time.

  asked for the berry mixed refresher - last time I come here. Given just green tea with blueberry syrup.... Charged me extra for something they didn't even put in that I asked for too. Drive through person clearly didn't care neither did the other person making my drink.
