- TPTorri PDec 30, 20251.0I honestly never even come here anymore, but one time I did was because there was only one person in line so I figured it would be quick and I still sat in line for 15 minutes waiting on one drink with only one car ahead of me. I have been handed drinks where there was obvious, uncovered, cuts on fingers that were touching the whip whipped cream. I’ve also gotten overcooked food and often I get people who don’t seem to desire to be working.

Clearly, it’s a very popular donut and they will sell. It kind of feels like it’s just plain laziness. Every single time I call up there they’re out of these donuts. I literally called up there at 11 AM on a Sunday, when you know it’s gonna be busy and they ran out at 9:30 she said.

My coffee was not even hot by the time I got it. She offered to make another one but by after 25 minutes I couldn't afford to wait any longer. Terrible!! She was nice but talking with everyone and holding up the extra long line didn't help. She talked with the car in front of me for another 3-5 mins after giving them the order. I know she knew them but the line was wrapped around the building. I won't be back to this particular Duncan due to the set up and lack of knowledge and care in running the drive thru.

I got to the window and showed her my app to scan and she rolled her eyes and proceeded to scan my app. Then I went to hand her my card and she practically snatched it from me. Then shoved my coffee towards me. I definitely wont be visiting the location anytime soon.
