  We had a fairly long wait inside just to place our simple order. Then my hash browns came out super quick but the gal threw them on the counter and dashed away super quick. I had to ask someone else for ketchup...I also have to say I was disappointed as there were only 6 small rounds in the order. The container was clearly designed to hold more but when I asked if this was a whole order I was told it was a 6 piece order. The menu doesn't say how many are in an order and there are no size options. I felt super cheated. Very poor bang for your buck. Then my spouse's donut came out quick but his no frills small coffee was a wait while the barista spent a a huge amount of time making 2 large iced coffee drinks getting them wrong and having to redo them. I asked about my husbands small coffee and was told by the barista that "I probably have his order but I'm just one person". Then she did nothing for minute or two more and found my husbands coffee already in a cup with a lid ready to go but just had not been but on the pick up counter. I let her know I did not find her response was appropriate and suggested that an apology for the wait would have been better. She argued that it was appropriate...and sarcastically told us to have a nice day. Epic Customer Service 101 fail especially since she was not just one person there were several employees working with her. Plus not a single person smiled while we were there or was friendly in any other way. I would say the atmosphere was tense and unexpected for a small town where at least generally speaking I have usually found people the most friendly. I also noticed that by 9:00AM they were out of several of the donut types already. On a side note I have very fond memories of Dunkin Donuts from back in 70s when the selection of donuts was much larger and included my favorite applesauce donuts. Service was fast and friendly.

  Most of the time, this location is hit or miss. Today, they were great. Especially the woman who took our order and made our coffees. She was friendly, happy and apologetic for the wait since they were so busy. The coffee (iced caramel crazed signature latte) was so good! I definitely recommend it.

  Super clean super awesome and staff was amazing Came in looking for Lemon filled left with hella Munchkins im ok with it😇 Can’t wait to come back. “Having a bad day coffee helps”!!
