  Can't rate anything other then service. Stopped to get the kids a treat before we went home from vacation. It was about 20 minutes or so before closing and they claimed all the machines were not working, when I asked did they already clean them so they didn't have to do it after closing and could leave early. They didn't know what I was talking about. So disappointing, especially in a tourist area like Key West.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I saw a lady open, what looked like a big strawberry/ ketchup packet with her mouthl and then put it in a dispenser. Then she proceeded to rub her nose and touch items on line. I can understand allergies but Sonic please train workers on hygiene someone can get sick if things like that continue 😬

  Ordered online and pulled in to a stall and checked in. Sat for over 10 minutes and finally pushed the button to be told to go through drive thru. Sat in line there for another 5 minutes.

  I can’t explain why, Sonic has been a craving of mine for many years. This Key West location doesn’t disappoint. Burger is always good and service is fast.
