  Les employés sont méprisant et embêté quand on leurs demande de répéter car nous ne comprenons pas trop leurs langue. Les toilettes sont accessibles qu’avec une clef, et je comprend pas pourquoi, car ils sont dans un état déplorable !! Une odeur d’urine juste infecte !! Pour payer 12$ un milkshake on s’attend à mieux !!

  I know things are more expensive when you are on vacation but $11 for an ice cream cone is outrageous

  This weekend I was drawn in by the sign advertising the pumpkin spice ice cream. When I ordered, the man behind the counter started practically yelling at how there’s no such thing as a pumpkin spice flavor and he’s tired of telling corporate that. He yelled In a loud and obnoxious voice, we just get a bunch of ingredients and mix together. He spoke as he was trying to convince me not to buy the ice cream so he didn’t have to put the effort in making it. I was so shocked because after visiting Key West for over 20 years, I had never received such rude service. I told him that he did a great job in talking me out of buying the ice cream and how he had just lost a sale. It’s mind boggling how these establishments keep people like this serving customers who come from all over the world! If Haagen-Dazs is wondering why their sales are plummeting, you should look at your front line. There is too much competition out there to accept nasty service!
