  We stop by on our way to the lower keys. We had great service. Food was hot and fresh. And it took no time for them to get our order ready. Great place for a quick bite.

  Shantrice had the best customer service super friendly and food was great and they made it fast. Really good job

  I was disappointed in my sandwich. There was NOBODY there and they still managed to put half the roast beef off the bun then put Arby's sauce on and off the bun. It's one thing if you're slammed a totally other thing when your not busy at all. The entire staff seemed to have a malaise and didnt seem to care. I won't be back

  Asked for 4 beef and cheddar got 2 doubles. Buns were wet and beef tastes like it's been soaking in hot water all day. Asked for side of cheese, didn't receive it, asked for horsey sauce didn't receive it. Fries were crispy but cold. The beef and cheese classic was the same as the other sandwiches. The Dr. Peppers were amazing. Wasted our afternoon to drive up from Key West to eat at Arby's 200 mile round trip. Wasted $32.87
