  Repeated food safety and quality concerns — observed firsthand I've visited this location multiple times over the past several months and have observed a consistent pattern of issues that go beyond typical fast food complaints. Apple Pies: On multiple visits, the apple pies have been noticeably dry, tough, and clearly past their prime. McDonald's policy requires pies held in a warmer to be labeled with an "enjoy by" time and discarded after approximately two hours. On every occasion I ordered a pie here, no such label was present on the packaging. The pies' condition was consistent with product that had been held well beyond that window. Soft Serve Mix Handling: On one visit, I directly observed an employee loading the ice cream machine. The mix bag was not adequately controlled during opening, causing mix to spill onto the employee's bare hands. The employee did not stop to wash their hands or address the situation — and the mix that had contacted their bare hands was allowed to fall back into the machine's hopper. This occurred in plain view of the service area. Undercooked Burger: On a separate visit, I ordered a Quarter Pounder that arrived visibly pink and undercooked inside. Ground beef carries an FDA-recommended minimum safe internal temperature of 160°F. This product did not appear to meet that standard. I've raised these concerns here because I believe other customers deserve to make informed decisions. I'd encourage management to review food safety training and holding time procedures with staff. These are correctable problems, and I hope they are corrected.

  Why do you enjoy eating at this fast food place, because the food is great and no other fast food can come close to the quality food and great customers services. Restroom and always clean, I don't eat at places where the Restroom are nasty , floors and tables have trash left from customers eating, that's how you get sick.

  Wow, what a train wreck. They have an intake girl who doesn't speak English and isn't trained. Carl, the manager has a line of angry customers because the wait time is a minimum 18 minutes. Intake girl would not give me change. Told Carl and he ignored my request for change. Another gentleman complained and he ignored him. A woman parked and came in from the drive through because they couldn't get her order right. Its basically a disaster. Tried to take the survey but the receipt didn't print out well and the QR code and pertinent numbers are missing. What a nightmare. Best to go anywhere else.

  Even though I did a review on the app Shatavia is the best coworker she always gives her heart and best at work she is always professional , friendly and most importantly patient I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in a while due to the bad service But when to decided to give it one more chance I’m glad I met it Shatavia I am so overjoyed my heart was so happy an be happy you should see how she interacted with other customers she has a conversation with us I witnessed it while we sit in our cars for our food she always will ask how is your day ? or night holding normal conversation I remember last week I told her my aunt passed away , she went way and beyond for me made sure I was good , she even offered to grab my food for me just to bring it outside to me and gave me a hug and said I’m here for you! I couldn’t help but love on her I love her energy and respectfulness
