  Our second time here and it was AWESOME!! Trang and Vinny were SPOT ON ! Superior quick service, and the food was amazing ! These 2 are the dynamic duo !! Jupiter has many options for great food. Hooked on Jupiter is the perfect balance !! We will be back again soon !

  I came in for dinner with my wife the food was great I had a Tinkini dog and the drink of the day Olivia made a lavender martini I think and it was amazing, just like the service!! I will be back for sure

  We used to really enjoy Hooked, but unfortunately this visit was a letdown. From the start, the bartender (Olivia) came across very cold—no smile, no welcoming energy, just going through the motions. Service felt flat the entire time. I specifically asked for very light ice in my drink and even said I didn’t care if the glass wasn’t full. The drink still came out packed with ice, and I had to ask for a separate cup and spoon to fix it myself—which shouldn’t happen. What really stood out was the lack of attention. We were there for about 35 minutes, and not once did she come back to check on us—no “How is everything?” and no offer for another drink. Meanwhile, she spent more time in the back talking with a coworker than actually servicing her customers. There was also confusion when we asked for the check, which just added to the overall disorganization. What’s disappointing is that this place used to have a much better vibe—staff like Denise made it feel welcoming and enjoyable. That’s clearly changed. The new staff just doesn’t bring the same level of service or personality.   The first time I came to this place shortly after they opened, the food was good and the service was good. I came back and could not have been more disappointed. It was ridiculously loud so you couldn’t hear anything. And they had some horrible guitarist playing music that just made it even more difficult to hear anything. We had a reservation, but they said they couldn’t seat us because they were too short staffed. So we went to the bar. 15 minutes later we still didn’t have anybody getting us a drink. Finally got to the table. The waitress didn’t show up for I don’t know how long. They finally brought water to the table about 30 minutes after we sat down. When the waitress finally came by, we were in the middle of asking her questions about dinner and she said …excuse me I have to go run somebody’s credit card. I’ll be right back and 15 minutes later she showed up. And to really compound the problem… The food was maybe just OK… Definitely not the quality it used to be. Horrible service. Horrible service. Horrible service. Ridiculously loud. And barely decent food. I will not ever be back. There are too many good restaurants in the area to mess with this place.

  My experience at this place was very disappointing. From the beginning, there were issues with my order first, I was brought a completely different dish than what I had ordered. When I reordered, I clearly explained to the server that I could not eat asparagus or cucumbers and that I did not want my food to be spicy. Despite that, the second dish arrived with those exact ingredients and was spicy, so I had to send it back again. In total, I ended up waiting about an hour just to finally eat while my whole family was eating already. While I will say that the food was very good once it was prepared correctly, the service was extremely poor. The staff’s attitude felt unfriendly and unprofessional, as if they were serving me unwillingly. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled and the lack of attention to my requests is simply not acceptable especially when you are paying for the service. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Im sorry.
