  I went into Tropical Smoothie and it was inscruciating hot in the store. I felt bath for Miss Alison and the other employees for working in those conditions. This store needs to be closed until they fix the AC problem. I had to wait outside until my order was completed. The other customer that were outside waiting along with me had the same condolences for the employees. Everytime I would come in Miss Alison is very polite and smiling. I didn’t see her perky cheerful self but she was still doing her job in those conditions. This is unacceptable if you’ll ask me.

  Last Night I came in to get a smoothie and I was extremely hot in the building. Came in again this morning again, l The employees were sweating so bad in the heat. They need to get their building maintenanced. I asked the employees how long have they been working in this heat. They stated for days now. Overall the customer service was great. But they need air in that store. I don’t want no one sweat dripping in my smoothie. It’s a shame how corporate America treat their working employees, only care about the money and not that health of their employees. Get it together!

  I have visited this establishment several times in the midst of the Florida heat and these poor employees sweating their hearts away all while remaining polite under these poor work conditions. Too many times. I hope management finally shows these excellent employees some consideration and appreciation. It is hard to find good workers under normal conditions. When you walk in you get smacked the humid air. The fact that they remain polite and efficient should be celebrated and acknowledged. We leave to go back to our air conditioned vehicles with our refreshing smoothies and they stay in the humid cave. They should be commended. Management please do something for them.

  Incredible customer service. The ladies at the front counter and making the smoothie were awesome. We got two different smoothies, avocado and peanut butter, peanut butter taste great. Plenty of parking, no big RV or 18-wheeler parking. Definitely would come back here again. They give Planet Fitness members a discount since it's right next door.. The front counter ladies should be the trainers for other tropical smoothies, they were awesome. Big smiles. Friendly.

  I would post a picture of my smoothie or food I received, but when I walked in a half an hour before closing and asked if they would mind making a smoothie, they turned around and pretended like I didn’t exist. Stood there for a minute or two while one of the workers looked at me and stared at me and wouldn’t answer me. So I turned around and left because with that sort of energy it wouldn’t have been a good $10 smoothie. Do better and clean the place it smells like mold
