As you can see from my receipt, it says "new customer" so you'd think they would make sure to do it right so that a new customer returns right? Unfortunately they don't think like that and I won't order from them again. I highlighted portions of my receipt to show why. I asked for cutlery, as stated on the top of the receipt, but got none! No forks or napkins. What if I wasn't home? If I ordered for delivery to an office, I'd be screwed. Next I requested parmesan cheese, as stated on the receipt. You guessed it, nope!! And finally you can see what I ordered. I did not receive the meatballs, which was the think I was most looking forward to. I had no parmesan for the pasta so I barely ate any of that. And the tiramisu was just meh. Ultimately I was extremely disappointed and wasted almost 30 bucks with tip for nothing. It's a shame too cuz if I had gotten the meatballs and the parm, this could have been a MUCH better review. If only they actually read notes and followed instructions. This was an avoidable predicament. I work in restaurants so I know the importance of guest satisfaction and following instructions.
