    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report unacceptable and hostile behavior by two employees at one of your Taco Bell locations. Before I paid for my order, I asked for a simple change. One employee became nasty and stated she would refuse to serve me unless I paid, even though the order had not yet been finalized. Her attitude was rude and aggressive for no valid reason. When I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to give it to me. She then snatched the money from my hand, handled my drinks aggressively, and almost threw them. She finished by slamming the drive-thru window shut. The entire interaction was disgusting and completely unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way, especially over a simple request made before payment. This behavior reflects very poorly on Taco Bell and should be addressed immediately. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter.

    This Taco Bell is just flat out more expensive than other ones. It cost 10 dollars for one of the meal deals here while the same exact item only costs 6$ at the other Taco Bell on Indiantown
