  TESSA AND CHRIS ARE THE NASTIEST LAZIEST RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. This is the worst papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Nasty store and even nastier employees. Tessa supposedly the store manager doesn’t know the first thing about managing a store. She is unprofessional, rude and an absolute cancer to the company. Chris the “employee” that was working on shift was in the store during working hours with the door locked in the back. Canceled my order twice and when I called the store the first representative was amazing so nice and accommodating. As soon as I got in the phone with the representative Chris opened the door after we were out waiting for over 20 minutes I thought the problem was solved, as he opened the door he looked disoriented and was telling us he didn’t see the order and at that point said they were closed for carry out. Mind you first order was placed at 10:45 then we placed a second order at 11pm since we were already at the parking lot waiting on our order that somehow mysteriously didn’t appear in the system he said he was no longer taking orders. I then called to notify the store manager of what was occurring the her establishment and she was immediately dismissive rude and said that they canceled the second order because we had ordered for delivery in the parking lot since we were there and they wouldn’t take carry out orders. Instead of calling and letting us know that they would have to deliver it to a house of establishment they canceled it and told us they weren’t taking any orders. I did lose my temper with Tessa on the phone because how can someone in a position of management be so unapproachable and so disconnected from the issue going on in her store. Also I must mention that when I told her I would be escalating this to corporate she tauntingly chuckle as she said that that store wasn’t part of corporate and that doing so wouldn’t do anything. Anytime I think of papa John’s I will be sure to come back to this page and to all social media outlets that are tied to the Papa Johns in Indian town Jupiter and write a 1 star review on TESSA AND CHRIS for being this generations worst employees on the market. Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope you have the day you deserve. PS the Pizza Hut in Jupiter has the freshest pizzas and THE best customer service. Save your money and give it to people who actually contribute to the community and aren’t just a waste of space like Tessa and Chris.

  Ordered pizza online and they canceled my order 30 minutes later when it was supposed to be delivered ! This is not the first problem I’ve had with them. They always say that the DoorDash guy stole the pizza Please get help Domino’s here I come

  What really bums me out is when I want a delicious Papa John's Pizza, go online to order it, add the specifics like heavy sauce and well done and the pizza shows up barely cooked and no flavor because there is no sauce on the pizza!!!!. After spending $35 to fill my craving that I haven't had since I've been on the west coast of America , I'm totally bummed that this location could not get it right!! Lame! Disappointed! I wish I could get a refund somehow it's so bad. **UPDATE!! Even after calling after I wrote this review the so-called manager said he made the pizza himself and even argued with me about the details, after I took the time to call and make him aware, so other people didn't have to suffer like I did and waste their money. He literally told me he put a ladle and a half of sauce on the pizza. If you look at the pizza you can't even see sauce or taste it. Obviously under trained management at this location. Find another Papa John's location that takes Pride in their work and respects the customer, instead of this location. It is terrible!

  You took away the miami heat promotion code HEATWIN at this location so now if i wanna get the deal i have to drive 15 minutes south to get it cause every other papa johns location besides this one accepts it. Not to mention the absolutly horrible service the ladies in there give you. I mean you would think were in the boonies of kentucky.

  This location is gross 🤢 one of the workers taking his phone out and texting in between each pizza he is making with flour all in his beard that isn’t covered, I can only imagine the hair that falls in all the food..
