I got the 9 oz and it was full of so much gristle. That's very unusual for a good filet mignon. I would have sent it back, but I had to catch a flight. Most of the steak went home with my friend to give to his dog. I was very disappointed but the server was so nice I didn't want to hurt her feelings. The salad and the baked potato were good, but the steak was the worst filet I've ever had.
