I was not met at the counter and after a minute, I asked a female employee if there was anyone working the counter. You'd have thought by the way she reacted that i had interrupted major surgery. Later, when I asked for a refill of unsweetened ice tea I was told that there was none. Not, "We will be making some" out anythings of the sort. Just handed me back the cup and walked away.
