Extremely slow service. As in, beyond not normal slow. You may spend 15 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee. Oh, the drive thru is slow too. Nothing nice to say about this branch. Shameful.

They were really busy around 11 a.m. so I take it that it was the switch between breakfast and lunch, whatever both orders before my order was wrong and I ordered the double cheese burger and got a regular cheese burger and they brought me a second patty to put on my burger so it wasnt the end of the world and all was good.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I've ever been in. Dirty, loud and smelly. I was not met at the counter and after a minute, I asked a female employee if there was anyone working the counter. You'd have thought by the way she reacted that i had interrupted major surgery. Later, when I asked for a refill of unsweetened ice tea I was told that there was none. Not, "We will be making some" out anythings of the sort. Just handed me back the cup and walked away.
